Hello, I'm Yasime. Welcome to my channel. I came to you with my very practical and delicious breakfast recipes that you can prepare on the morning of the eid. Have a nice eid morning with our loved ones. Eid mubarak to all of us . Have a good time 😊
PASTRY RECIPE
For the dough
1 cup of oil
2 cups of yogurt
3 packs of baking powder (30gr)
1 teaspoon of salt
For stuffing of the pastry:
3 medium potatoes
3 tablespoons of oil
200 g feta cheese
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of black pepper
For the above
1 teaspoon sesame
1 teaspoon of breadcrumbs
PANCAKE
2 eggs
2 tablespoons of granulated sugar
2 tablespoons of oil
2 cups of milk
1 packet of baking powder
1 packet of vanilla
2.5 cups flour
EGG SALAD
4 boiled eggs
7-8 sprigs of green onions
a pinch of parsley
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon of mint
half a teaspoon of salt
Half a teaspoon of black pepper
2 tablespoons of olive oil
SALAD
1 cucumber
7 cherry tomatoes
a pinch of arugula
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tablespoon of pomegranate molasses
enough salt, paprika, mint
CHEESE PLATE
Cheddar Cheese, Tulum Cheese, Cottage Cheese. Nuts, dried apricots
salami, dill
FRUIT PLATE
Watermelon, kiwi, apple
DESSERT PLATE
Strawberry jam
Quince jam
Tahini with molasses
HOMEMADE PLUM JUICE
1 cup is: 200 ml
