    Note: you need very strong wrists and grip for this. Injuries seem very easy to happen.

      This topic is properly explained by another youtuber called "FitnessFAQs". But in short, the pike pushups and pike variants are like calisthenic version of shoulder press/military press. Which are mostly rear and side delts

      @@gaminja926 Pike pushups (and variations) target front and side delts, not rear delts.

      After your comment, I tried to research about it, and seek the truth in it. Thanks for showing my fault here, the side delts do work, which is true, but not as much as front delts, thanks for showing my fault again man.@@EricJohnson-cp5jb

    Does the wrapped things in the rings helps in performing exercises that demands hands rotation like in biceps curls or face pulls?
