Its not easy. Just go through the module questions and they are very tricky. The only way to be solve these questions in seconds is to practice as much as possible. Permutation and combination in general isnt easy but once you know the pattern of questions the become doable.

Iska dusra tareka ye h ki hum jaise circular permutation mein agr two units sath mein le to 1 unit consider hoti thi toh total units (n-1)/2 kyuki two ladies ke saath gents hi rahenge toh baat same h (like in neighbor question)
So (5-1)!/2 x2!(Kyuki 2 units ko ek lia hai)
Then selection lgega 3c1
So together isse bhi answer same ayega
(N-1)!/2 x 2! x 3c1
4!/2 x 2! x 3c1
12 x 2 x 3
= 72.
It took me about an hour to figure out dusra tareeka as I learned circular permutation 2 days ago so had to revise it now it will stay forever hopefully.
