My family trip(with my husband and my parents) to Kovalam Beach and exploring Samudra Sadya / Seafood Feast at Taste of Kerala Restaurant are shown in this video.
KOVALAM BEACH
Kovalam is a small coastal town in the southern Indian state of Kerala, south of Thiruvananthapuram. Kovalam is extremely popular among westerners due to shallow waters and low tidal waves..Kovalam is an internationally renowned beach with three adjacent crescent beaches- The Lighthouse Beach , Hawa Beach and Samudra Beach. At the southern end of Lighthouse Beach is a striped lighthouse with a viewing platform. Palm-backed beaches also include Hawa Beach and Samudra Beach. It has been a favourite haunt of tourists since the 1930s. A massive rocky promontory on the beach has created a beautiful bay of calm waters ideal for sea bathing.The leisure options at this beach are plenty and diverse. Sunbathing, swimming, herbal body toning massages, special cultural programmes and catamaran cruising are some of them which are the main tourists attraction.
Though I was born and brought up in Trivandrum, Kovalam Beach always has a special place in my heart due to its scenic beauty, so I planned of this trip with my husband and my parents to this awesome beach.

Samudra Sadya or Seafood feast include varieties of Kerala style seafood dishes on your platter.The 18 dishes are not just your regular fish or prawn curries but well-thought recipes which are prepared using a fishy twist to the Sadya.

I didnt know that Samudra Sadya is available in Trivandrum too.The taste of samudra sadya is still in my mouth. Me and my family enjoyed alot all the sea food dishes in this delicious sea food feast/
