These chocolate mug cakes with salted caramel sauce are to die for! So quick and easy to make, and less fat- bonus! If you aren't as health conscious, butter works too! But these are honestly just as delicious made with margarine. This recipe makes 2 small mugs/ramekins.
Ingredients:
Salted caramel sauce:
25g margarine
90g light brown sugar
150ml double cream
pinch of salt
Chocolate cake:
3 tbsp plain flour
2 tbsp caster sugar
¼ tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp melted margarine
6 tbsp milk
