Is this attack be possible without the skeleton spell? Or with a different base build?

The skeleton spell is needed, as you must distract the bat swarms. They will destroy the Pekka in seconds.
I have not yet been successful against a non default base.

@@Ryuk_God_of_death If you play the game right, you'll have the same. Biggest rule in the clan capital is don't upgrade the defense. That's how you get the match ups to do this.
