Student has to submit registration certificate obtained from country of residence along with other documents and as per NMC Gazette FMG needs licence at par with local students to practice in the country of education. Only way out is if NMC accepts registration certificate given by BMDC for students to enable them to write NEXT 1 Exam.

In NMC gazette there is written the individual should be registered with the regulatory body or competent to hold licence of that country where the person has done his mbbs prior to the local students. There is or written which means the countries who give the registration to the students in their respective medical regulatory bodies are eligible to do mbbs in foreign.

Is it not absurd to expect from students to obtain licence to practice in country of education. Students go to pursue studies and get degrees. On what basis a foreign country will give licence to practice in their country as students go there with student visa and not work visa.

i think mandatory lisence rule id given by NMC in reply of phillipenes case but it is written optional / or in nmc gazzete in their website students have to give exam to register themselves in countries like russia or georgia but not in nepal and bangladesh as they registered foreingn nationals in their regulatory body whats your thoughts on this sir ???

Then if you want to do practise in Bangladesh you can't do with student visa . If you need to practice there you should apply work visa and you get to practice by paying 70$ . The student gets a official notice that he is a registered student from BDmc... Sir what is said is it correct ?
@@kartikeymishra7929 i think in there latest public notice 4th march and then in draft they clearly mentioned that you should be at par with the students who have been given licence to practice in Bangladesh and you should be registerable "panjikaran yogya" in that country both these conditions will be fulfilled in Bangladesh as only those students can practice in Bangladesh and are registerable who have completed 5 + 1 year of mbbs and internship the registration is proof of that the person is registrable with us and has completed 5+1 year of mbbs and of he wants he can get a license by applying for work visa so in short if you are registered with bmdc you will all the criteria you are at par with bangladeshi students you are registerable to practice if you want and you have completed 5+ 1 year of mbbs this notice was an answer to one of my queries i was worried about

Sar aap bahut saaf goi se har baat Ko batate hain safgoi Bhartiya bacchon ka bhavishya bachaa rahe hain nahin to market mein Kai aise agent Hain Jo Garib logon Ko loot rahe hain. An intern doctor is also a registered doctor so this fullfills the nmc gazette criteria. Interns treat the local population for about a year. If it was about scrapping then NMC would have revoked foreign mbbs directly.

@@VedprakashBeniwal No, my question was not clear to you, if government of India or NMC planing to increase the MBBS seats India as so much of control they are issuing. All those students are qualified by NEET but they don't have the huge amount to pay here, as before they can under go test and if need conduct another extra test, otherwise let accommodate in Indian institutions. If they need a quality education, they must share with international inistutions.
3 most important criteria 1 - minimum 54month course and 1 year intership in same college hospital 2-medical college have there own hospital 3- you should have practicing licence in those country where you study

Sir I have talked to the Embassy of India in Moscow they have told this registrable not registered they have officially confirmed that we can do Medicine but Our degree should be with accredited college then we can go back india it's not compulsory to get registered so it's written registrable, I m believing in them cause they are mid NMC and Med school in russia . @@kartikeymishra7929 i think in there latest public notice 4th march and then in draft they clearly mentioned that you should be at par with the students who have been given licence to practice in Bangladesh and you should be registerable "panjikaran yogya" in that country both these conditions will be fulfilled in Bangladesh as only those students can practice in Bangladesh and are registerable who have completed 5 + 1 year of mbbs and internship the registration is proof of that the person is registrable with us and has completed 5+1 year of mbbs and of he wants he can get a license by applying for work visa so in short if you are registered with bmdc you will all the criteria you are at par with bangladeshi students you are registerable to practice if you want and you have completed 5+ 1 year of mbbs this notice was an answer to one of my queries i was worried about

All those students are qualified by NEET but they don't have the huge amount to pay here, as before they can under go test and if need conduct another extra test, otherwise let accommodate in Indian institutions. If they need a quality education, they must share with international inistutions.

Sir I have talked to the Embassy of India in Moscow they have told this registrable not registered they have officially confirmed that we can do Medicine but Our degree should be with accredited college then we can go back india it's not compulsory to get registered so it's written registrable, I m believing in them cause they are mid NMC and Med school in russia . I will give no of education wing Moscow embassy of India they have clarified this .
