Several centuries ago people in Latvia used birch charcoal also to clean and whiten teeth.
Now we are whitening our teeth with birch derived charcoal anywhere even in Canada.

Even in Asian countries they used to do it, also with wood sticks called Miswak , until toothpastes bombarded the consumer markets. People used to wash their dishes with mixture of charcoal and sand .

@denisef1153 yes. Everything I felt like I was getting sick I pumped it up. I knew previously that carbon pulls out toxins...when I had a sore throat I made sure to brush way back of the pharynx and I would throw away the toothbrush each time to avoid reinfecting...had the vid 4 times. Never went to doc and I have had an autoimmune disease since I was 5.
Even after plandemia it works best.

What are the benefits? I personally use hydrogen peroxide because of the flouride ( sp?) In toothpaste. The h2o2 cleans the breath, debrides the teeth, whitens teeth, and improves mouth health. No need for mouthwash.
