    I just found your channel at the right moment. I'm 56 and have done Weight Watchers several times throughout life. This time I'm trying
    to take the same approach of just being healthy, but was feeling a little discouraged this a.m. when husband (who's lost 6lbs in two weeks) and I've lost 0 in a month. I heard you and you made my day better! Thank You!

    since being a work from home person for 4 years now i get 7-8 hours every night before that it was always 6

    Hi Kristie- I don’t follow WW any more, I don’t count calories either, but I still love your channel! I am at a good weight though by watching my carb intake as well as protein. Your husband hasn’t popped in recently, and I love the bloopers you used to show once in a while. You look great, glad your health is in check, and keep up the good work! By the way, I started a baking business a couple years ago!

      Hello, my friend!!! Sounds like you're doing amazing!! So happy for you. You know, my husband and I were just talking about that the other day. I think it's just how I moved my camera to focus on the food and now when he casually walks in and out, we don't see him anymore. But we were saying we need to get a video with him soon!! And yep, the bloopers! LOL I think I used to start them and end them that way. I remember you started a baking business. I think I was following it on IG but I don't remember seeing posts lately. I'll have to check my settings and make sure the algorithm didn't bump me out.

    You are so beautiful inside and out. I have loved watching your journey and listening to it. I too track both points but double check my macros to be sure I get enough protein, fat, calories and monitor my total daily carbs to stay around 100 grams. You smart to check both macros and WW points as it gives us a visual and mental check along the way. But, you are so right that over time, we kinda just know intuitively if we check back over the day if we ate enough protein. The nice thing about tracking macros as well is that at the end of the day, if I am low on protein, then it helps me know what to use my points on for my night time snack. Keep up the great videos and learning your body reactions to food!

    haheee i also saw it’s national sleep week lol. i typically get about 7 ish hrs. i love getting ideas with food, menus and grocery hauls. love you Kristi girl! so glad your on here. You always share such great information. Hugs n God bless 😊
