RB28 R32 GTR touches limiter

My old R32 GTR previously built by JUN Auto Mechanic touches the limiter, it sounds like gunfire!
2.8L with Twin TD06 turbos. The engine suffered a spun bearing 3 years after it was rebuilt again and the project has been put on hold for 2 years now.
Will make a comeback soon...
