My name is Ryan aka Zen That Beat. I make modern music for yoga and meditation. I call my music a soundtrack to your practice. I source rhythms and sounds from all over the world and put my own twist on them. My style is somewhere between IDM (Independent Dance Music), Trip Hop, and Ambient music with an Indie edge. This gives my music a character that is distinctively me. I draw influences from artists like David Bowie, Nine Inch Nails, Radiohead, Massive Attack, Portishead, Four Tet, Jon Hopkins, Brian Eno, Bjork and many others.
