U should make a gymnastics studio with alot of the events. Like 2 or 3 beams, 3 bars, 3 or 4 vaults and ofc 1 floor for comps and also so the people that will go there can learn their stuff at the same time.

To make a stage go into the basement add a flat roof and raise it up it's much cheaper and it works
