    Just saw this in the “Next Up” sidebar, I had been watching a clip of the big Crane 🏗
    Saw it on the cover of this video so watched it and subscribed, I like your stile. Yes the construction 🚧 IS important, it will be doing on, then Pooff, gone, and the rockets will Still be here. Very good to document it all, especially the rarely seen Big Heavy Lift Cranes, very rare to see..!!

    I can see it now... There is an ultimate fan of SpaceX named Chuck (aka Stumpy) and once he realizes that this observation deck is being made at high Bay he will turn around and never be able to leave because allow the ultimate view of all of the rockets taking off and such maybe he'll even have his own special room there but of course I'm only kidding

Gave crew morning instructions in a sit down gather and dispersed them to there area and worked on my object of need for that day and walked area to see if what was ask for in days accomplishments were achieved.That was my work day!

      @@StarshipGazer Please don't add background music to the main video, it's always extremely annoying; the natural sounds are so much better. By all means add a few seconds of intro and outro music, however background music for any part of the main video will come across as distracting, cheap and tacky and will detract from your excellent footage.
      BTW, are you able to get any shots of the inside of the mid bay? :)

    • @StarshipGazer
      @StarshipGazer 3 года назад

      @@SlartiMarvinbartfast Thank you very much! Yeah, I def agree. I much prefer the natural sounds. I usually can't get an angle to look into the mid bay. I would have to drive back into Boca Chica Village and they've been doing a lot of construction back there. It's mostly all SpaceX property too back there so I can't get out of my car and setup up my tripod.

  • @beakytwitch7905
    @beakytwitch7905 3 года назад

    "Starbase" is presumptuous. So is "Starship". When an ONeil cylinder gets built and sets off out of the Sol system, then we can think stars. At the mo we are setting up to explore our own planetary back yard - and even doing that is quite a task.

    • @StarshipGazer

    Are those damaged SN15 legs at 6:05??

    • @StarshipGazer
      @StarshipGazer 3 года назад +5

      Yeah, those are SN15 landing legs. They are designed to crumple to absorb the impact. They are just disposable, temporary legs for use during the early test flights.

    • @redmunds1565
      @redmunds1565 3 года назад +1

      @@redmunds1565 I took a bunch of zoomed in pictures of the legs shortly after SN15 landed and you can see that there was a few inches of crumple on some of the legs. But it was indeed a very soft successful landing. The pics are on my twitter feed.

      @@StarshipGazer If you go to the RUclips Channel, Linus Tech Tips, several years back they did a video about how they produce their videos since they got the fancy 8k Camera's and one of the things they do to speed up the workflow is they downscale to 1080p to do the video editing then export to 4k, fact is with the RUclips Compression Algorithm it's next to impossible to tell the difference between that and native 4k but makes the editing go faster. Just an idea to speed up your turn around time if you aren't already doing something similar.
      And to the guy talking about Live Streaming have you seen what it looks like when Lab Padre tries to live stream from his cell phone? Complete ASS because Cell Service is shit, the Robots have bigger antenna's and that shit ain't cheap.
