I think Toshiba is the one to buy. I bought my first Toshiba microwave oven in December of 1983. It was still running strong 20 years later. Good quality for sure! We will be ordering a new Toshiba online this weekend. Can't wait to see it in our kitchen....
One Toshiba isn't the Toshiba that you bought in 1983 it is Midea secondly I own a Toshiba the 1.6 C that I bought on Amazon it conked out in 2 years that's why I'm looking for a microwave and two things this review didn't tell you Panasonic has its own version that works with Alexa and secondly Alexa isn't all that great at following directions its easier and faster just to hit the button. Panasonic microwaves are still Panasonic.
Is not the same TOSHIBA. The brand got sold to MIDEA, who’s the manufacturer of 95% of all microwave ovens sold. This new TOSHIBA microwave ovens are not going to last as good as an *AUTHENTIC* TOSHIBA.

Panasonic all the way. They are still manufacturing their own premium models instead of opting to outsource them to MIDEA like everyone else.
