If only we did live in a rational world! MJ fans always get labelled as “crazy” I don’t recall any “famous” child abuser having so many people support them and try to prove their innocence! You're right. It was a mistake for Michael to pay which he did regret.
Michael was caught between a rock and a hard place. I really can't hold the settlement against him. Yes, the settlement was a mistake, but he had to make the choice of either having his defense aired out in a civil trial (that was unfairly and unconstitutionally scheduled before a criminal trial) and have his entire defense aired out so the prosecution could change dates and details to their liking, or settle the civil suit so his defense could be protected and he could have a fair trial. It turns out, however, that the case never (nor would it have ever) made it to trial because there was no evidence. Hindsight is 20/20. Had Michael known then what he knew later, he probably wouldn't have settled. Also, he waited until the last minute to settle, so it's not like it was a quick, easy decision. He settled the day before the civil trial would've taken place. I do wish he had more faith that he would've won if he did go to trial, but I understand what was going through his mind. Also, he had some bad advisors in his ear, so that didn't help as well. He was in a very difficult situation.

Accuse civilly before a criminal trial is totally illegal and unconstitutional. 1993 allegations were totally a FRAUD.

I've just read Mary Fischers article 'Was Michael Jackson Framed' & recently bought 'Conspiracy' by Aphrodite Jones and it is shocking how much the world doesn't know about the 1993 & 2005 cases. All the information & the truth of Michael's innocence is out there but the media has no interest in it. The media is desperate to control the narrative about Michael being a child abuser. When judges kicked out wade&james's cases a few years ago because of a lack of evidence and they knew they were lying, wade&james went grovelling & snivelling to the court of public opinion and the media was desperate to get behind them, support them, believe them & claim they were telling the truth. The media promoted leaving neverland as overwhelming evidence that michael was guilty. Since then leaving neverland has been extensively debunked and wade&james have been exposed as pathological liars many times over. There are more provable lies in leaving neverland than any documentary in history. The way the media promoted leaving neverland was like an onslaught of propaganda. I'm sure david geffen is partly behind leaving neverland. Considering oprah winfrey was abused 3 times as a child, isn't it strange that last year she celebrated her 65th birthday watching leaving neverland on david geffens boat. She was watching it before it was aired on tv.

James Safechuck's case was dismissed as a final ruling on October 21st, 2020.
Wade Robson's motion to supoena Tabitha Marks and Lily Chandler was dismissed on December 4th.

John went from believing the MJ allegations to actually seeing through the bullshit and I was here since the beginning! Great journey
Same happened to me, and millions of people.
As a fan, yet still using my brain rather than my heart, I believed the accusers (because I thought if someone was to lie about abuse they must be sick in the head and in fact they were) but so many details were grabbing me and I saw how one-sided things had always been for many years, so I went to research a lot of stuff and it didn't take me long to feel stupid in "believing" the accusations. I then continued to research and the more I did it the more I found out.
Michael's innocence is certainly proven to this day, the accusations remained just that: simply accusations, words, with not a shred of evidence.
RIP MICHAEL we know the truth!

Loved this. I had the same exact thoughts on how there were no new victims after the release of LN. Hell not even Jordan Chandler or Gavin Arvizo joined this documentary. I believe the award was a political move, it was a way to force the narrative.
