Thank you for such an easy tutorial to follow. Makes it much less scary, cutting into that beautiful fabric ... One idea is to tape, or put elastic bands around two pencils, and follow around your pattern for a precise seam allowance. X
Thank you so much for the pattern and tutorial. I love it that kind people like you, have the pattern for free and show us how to make it. I love the idea of the cutting line. Im getting old and my stitching is wonky. Thanks for the great tip so kind of you. Thank you.
Thanks fee, that was really clear, I’m much more a visual person, so I’m glad I watched that before I started sewing. I have mine cut out and ready to go, so hopefully will get sewing today. 😊
Thank you for a great tutorial. I love how you pronoun Dachshund. That isn't the way we say it in the US. The information about the stuffing was very helpful.
Nice choice Fee. I’ve got the pattern copied. I chose some fabric out of my stash. It’s not Tilda but I will get some from Etsy. Tomorrow I’ll cut her out and sew away. Thx. I’m really enjoying the sewing projects. 💕
He's fabulous,I loved making mine. Could I suggest that the two be attached inside the seam when sewing him up? So much neater. Other than that I'm off to make some more lol. Thankyou x
Thank you so much! We just lost a family friend and she loved doggies so I'm thinking of making memory dogs instead of bears for the immediate family. I'm nervous but this video explains it so well. I do quilt but first stuffed animal and of course I'll practice with clothes from maybe a thrift store that doesn't hold sentimental value
I made him yesterday with normal fabric and I had the same problems with the legs but he looks great. Today I made him again with different shades of denim and he looks fantastic. I made his tail slightly larger and used very thin denim for it which turned (inside out) easily. The problem still persists with the front legs being week no matter how much stuffing is used. Wire could be used but then its use as a toy ends. I have to say that he is a great furniture ornament. Thanks for a great video showing everything clearly.
How are you suppose to sew the ears and tail on? Everything else was great and very helpful but those steps were skipped and what I was really looking for
He's adorable! I've always struggled with gussets like this, so thanks for such clear instructions on how to do it. What kind of pencil are you using to mark the lines on the fabric?
Thank you for your easy tutorial I’m making one for my grandaughter ❤
He’s super cute! I have the pattern and now that I’ve watch your video, I understand how to make it.

Thank you for this tutorial and free pattern. Do you have a video for the cut little pillow pin cushion you have in view?

I struggled with how to turn the tail right side out and also how to stuff the tail as it was so tiny. Any tips on that?
Hi you could try using a chop stick or similar, or a bamboo straw
The most difficult part (stuffing and sewing on the tail and ears) isn't shown at all!
Preciso do molde por favor
Tá na descrição do vídeo! Free Pattern👍🏽
A me sembra molto grande x tilde?
Sorry,my comments below, should read tail, not 'two's lol
