I agree with Mob James, outside of individuals that mess with or touch children. If you are an ( Adult ) 18+, and you participated willingly in some jump off ish, you should not pop up 5-10-15-20 years later saying you were taken advantage of. Its just like if a guy flys you out to a city, you know what time it is especially if that person clearly was up front with you about expectations and exchange of services. This is why the money grabbing individuals, truly mess it up for the individuals that really were taken advantage of, and they seek justice over just money, and they feel they have no chance in pursuing any charges against the accused.
