Natural Hair Pack for Dry, Frizzy, Damaged Hair! Get Long, Thick & Jet Black Hair using this shampoo

The Natural Hair Pack or the Natural Shampoo shown in the video can be made as follows:
Ingredients required:
Soak 1 cup of rice in water for 2 hours along with 1 cup grounded coconut.
Boil the contents with 1 Tbsp of flax seeds (while boiling the ingredients use water as necessary to avoid the contents burning off).
Allow the contents to cool down for few mins and grind them to a paste consistency .
Use a muslin or any light towel to strain the grounded ingredients .
Use the strained paste to apply it all over the scalp and hair length.
The coarse remains of the paste can be used as a body scrub.
