Indeed, in Japan, it's quite common to see people wearing kimonos, and everyone is used to it. Japanese culture has such a unique charm that’s truly admirable :) Even though France, as you mentioned, has become more globalized, I still think French culture is really cool-especially after seeing the opening opera combined with heavy metal music at this year's Paris Olympics. That was awesome!
