I picked up one about a week ago. This is a fantastic instrument. I love the way it feels, the sound is deep and warm, I love the solid spruce top, and the mahogany back and sides adds a richness to the tone. Not to mention all the little Bob accents, like his signature on the pick guard, the "Marley", and the Lion of Judah on the tag in the sound box and the "Marley" inlayed on the 12th fret just make it special. This is the first Guild I've ever owned and damn they make a fine guitar.
Picked one up today, sounds great, and construction seems excellent, especially at the price point. The little book and pics and extras that came with it were really cool too. Good job, I’m sure Bob would be proud
This guitar is amazing. Picked one up this weekend. There is no other guitar I've played that has the legs and sustain that this does in this price range. I was looking at a seagull entourage and s6 for awhile and this guitar has superior tone. Also has that old school twanky picking sound that you usually have to spend 1400$ to get in a Martin. The mid, low and high ranges are all very strong in this guitar. It definitely beats the brakes off of the breedlove I was going to buy. Quality control is on point. Beautiful guitar without factory error. Two thumbs up and a great tribute to BOB Marley 🦁🌴 👌✌️☝️♥️. Thanks for making a masterpiece Guild !🤘👍
Bought one today. It's very powerful, louder than the D55 they had in stock, very resonant and a little dry. According to the booklet they changed the neck profile from V to soft U, the adjustable bridge and thr top is solid, but I also suspect the original didn't have scalloped bracing. Another thing they changed is the finish: the original was all gloss, and I wish they had kept it this way.
Guild Guitars….to whom it may concern, your company should really really consider possibly attempting some kind of partnership or just a simple showcase or RUclips sponsored video with “Jeremy the Guitar Hunter” basically because besides him being a huge huge fan of Guild Guitars he reviews tons and tons of Guitars from many different brands on his RUclips channel and he always always talks Guild Guitars way up like he always only has the very best things to say about Guild and also he has a huge huge following of guitar players and fans out in the world of guitarist, it may just give your Company a huge boost ( not that guild needs that) but many people take advice from this guy ! Just a angle you should really consider !
I would 100% buy one…if it didn’t say Marley at the 12th fret. Love Bob And what you’re doing with the guitar, just feel like signature elements should be subtle (back of the headstock or something) or something symbolic like a lion instead of something so literal
In many singer/band reggae music scena, Alpha blondie, Ras Muhammad, Toots & The Maytals, Tony Q, Jimmy Cliff why you prefer to give away that guitar to DJ Khaled? Why..why..why

Sounded really good in the Jeremy Shepherd Guitar Hunter review. It’s a keeper!
Alamo Music Center did a really good job demoing this guitar as well.

Is this guitar made from all solid woods? Front, back and sides? Or just a solid top and laminate back and sides?
Hey Guild!!! What is the Guitar's scale length. Your site has 2 different lengths!!!
Scale length is 25 1/2 👍
@@GuildGuitarsUSA The C-shaped neck with 24 ¾ scale length allows for a relaxed and comfortable feel.

Love the way Dj Khaled played it
I had to sell my 1977 guild D50 😭
Instead of modeling it off the generic Guild model produced, why not model/replicate his exact model he owned?
