Lived in Laredo for several years & I can honestly say I miss the food. I recently went back to visit and was shocked how empty downtown was! Laredo has beautiful architecture and so much potential.
Great video, of this town! I don't know if my travels will ever take me through Laredo, but the downtown is nicer than I imagined it'd be like. BTW in like 2000, I did a church workcamp trip with my church to the Ciudad Juarez area, and briefly saw El Paso. I thought El Paso was pretty nice(back then), myself. I think you'd enjoy El Paso, if you ever do visit there one day. There also are mountains, on the north side of that city on the Texas Hwy. 375 bypass. It's surprisingly nice, there.
I miss Laredo.
Sad

Weird. Recent study shows traffic is up in this city. Wonder what is driving that
Downtown is a ghosttown, sad to say. They've tried to revitialize it, but were not successful. I think Laredo has alot of potential.
