As a beginner rider honestly this 675 SS interst me alot. The bike is not over price, looks fantastic and is something I could aspire to move up to and be happy with. Also I am praying they release the 500 SR VOOM here in the USA. I feel like we need that bike and honestly I woudl love to buy on too.
to the reliability so far: I've got 10,000km on my modified 2023 300ss (pipe, high flow filter, ECU tune + + + ) that I beat up daily including 3 track days. So far, so good!

Yep. The 450MT has absolutely catapulted to the top of the class. The 450SS has taken up the challenge against the Ninja 400/500 when everyone else has failed to do so.

if you do not know, CFMOTO's Engines are made by Bajaj (from India) which is the same for Husqvarna and KTM. The rest are designed by their own company with their own technology, designs and other stuffs. Their Engine Performance, its good by itself but cannot be compared to Japanese engines though
I've got 3300 miles on my 2023 450ss. Did the tbox recall and same story there. I also had to bleed the rear brake 500 miles in due to it not working whatsoever. The chain gets loose fast and is cheap feeling on the rear swing arm. This all sounds so negative but I've honestly loved this bike sooo much😊
@@lightmanparzival7881 the swing arm is same on Suzuki...no different. The chain gets loose from hard acceleration and pulls. Normal of any sports bike for that to happen. I have not had any issues with the brakes, but I don't use front much just the rear. I wish the front brake was in rear and rear in front. I break from the belief of using the front brake as a primary.
Same here. Just hit 4k on my 2023 450. It’s just been a great experience. I’m always thinking about getting a more powerful bike until I get on mine and ride it. It’s plenty fine
RS 660 competitor w/o cruise control and a possibly better sounding engine. I have an RS 660 my wife has the 450SS. Will probably be buying this for her second bike and I am so far impressed with CF Moto.
@adiosyt8512 I am 6' 0" on the dot. I have a 33" inseam. I personally feel that the bike is light enough to one foot if you need to but I also don't know a lot about how lowering effects the bike.
Little details tho like wheelbase and how the power is put down isn't in the stats, suspect the RS is still a level above this bike. Looks and sound not withstanding. I have the RS660, got it a month and a half ago, 1300 miles so far it's SUCH a fun bike. Upgraded suspension to Ohlin's and about to put full exhaust and tune on it. Never been happier with a road bike than this.
cable throttle = no rider modes = cheaper to fix/maintain. I'm all about that. I have stacked money away for the passed year and plan on picking up a 675SS. My dealership said they ship in January. It's nice to have a choice of a single, P Twin, triple & inline 4 but I'm waiting for a V4 power plant before I hop on the CFMOTO train. On the Kawasaki Eliminator, we have factory published specs here in Australia. The Eliminator has 33.4 kW {45 hp} at 9,000 rpm & 42.6 Nm {31.4 FT LBS} at 6,000 rpm. CFMOTO claim 30kW (40 hp) at 8,000rpm & 42Nm (31 FT LBS) at 6,250rpm for the 450 CLC. The Eliminator has a 5kg advantage in wet weight over the 450 CLC so it will probably win in a drag race. But there's a $2,200+ difference in the ride away price, making the 450 CLC over 20% cheaper than the Eliminator. That's a big price difference as the Kawasaki is manufactured in Thailand.
@@davegallo8166 Yeah. I saw that. The problem is CFMOTO have been selling motorcycles in Australia for well over a decade & reliability is less of an issue here. Other brands not so much.
The Kawasaki also sounds like a lawn mower while the CLC sounds great with the 270° crank. I did a test ride on it and it is amazing. I did buy the 450 NK though, which has 48 hp and weighs 181 kg wet.
23 cfmoto 450ss, 12k miles, only issue I had was the clutch position sensor broke so I had to put the bike in N to start it. Fixed under warranty, Tbox recall, fixed under recall. I love this bike, I ride the hell out of it year round, cold, hot, wet, it is a great bike. Great to take to the local mountains and carve with some friends.

Nice! I haven't heard this from anyone else, but it makes sense! That would be really cool. It would kind of compete with 2 of their other bikes, depending on style, but I could see them discontinuing the CLX 700.
What do you mean discontinued? They're still being sold everywhere and the 700 twin powers their 700mt which isn't sold in the US. If anything is getting the boot, its the 800NK, which has the same horsepower but has the KTM camshaft issue.
Bro 100% agree, i don't know why they're slowly removing the turquoise from the 450ss. I do know that I'm buying the white 675ss, and it has the turquoise on the wheels, looks badass I can't wait to get one. But they definitely should make that color their staple just like Kawasaki 💚

I have a cfmoto 700clx. It has 2 problems that I know of. There is an electrical contact used to pause the cruise control in the front brake lever, sometimes it wiggles out of spec and throws an error code, making cruise control not usable. Works fine other than throwing a code and breaking CC. I have this problem. The other problem I know of on this bike, is that there is a washer on the gear shifter that needs to be removed on some bikes, because it causes the gear indicator to not be able to tell what gear the bike is in, which also breaks cruise control. You have to be in 4th gear to use cruise control, so the bike thinking it's in first, or not displaying a gear at all, causes CC to not work. Those are the 2 issues I personally know of, and I have only experienced one of them. The great news is the bike is perfectly rideable with either issue. I also have a Harley and don't have enough time to talk about issues with it, so... I love CFmoto. The model I have is the first bike they released in NA, and the first model year. I expected there to be issues. I am relieved they aren't major issues, and it's been a great, really fun bike. I have owned it longer than I have owned any other bike. I typically trade my bikes in every year for a new one, but instead of trading the CFmoto in, I opted to just get a second bike (the Harley). I will probably end up keeping the CFmoto for a while. It's a ton of fun and cheap to run. Insurance is really cheap, too. I will for sure be getting another CFmoto eventually. Looking at the 800NK or the Ibex800. Also looking at an Aprilia Tuono 660. Not sure what the next one will be, but I'm going to trade in my Harley. ('23 street bob)
I have the gear position indicator issue with my CLX 700 sport. Didn't have the first problem with the cruise control code however. Funny, I traded my 13 Harley VROD Muscle and my 18 Dyna Low Rider S!
I've had my 300nk just over a year. 4 months after I bought it the dealership closed shop. Last month the dash/display went out. Now I gotta haul it 2 hrs away next weekend. It's not that bad, but knowing that no shop in my area will work on them really has me regretting not getting one of the big 4. Even the BMW dealerships are closer than the now nearest CFmoto dealer.
I own a CFMoto 700CL-X Sport and I love it. I remember reading somewhere that there is supposed to be two versions of the 675. The SS and the SR-S I think. The higher end with Brembo, heated grips, cruise, and a few other things. I’m trying to find the article now and will come back when I find it again. But to be honest, the quality of my bike is excellent. Yes, it’s a ER6 N motor from Kawasaki, so it’s not CFs plant, but with Brembos, KYB fully adjustable, Bosch ride by wire, it’s a great bike. There’s also things like the welds on the bike are excellent not sloppy like you see on other bikes made in China. It’s a great bike. But as soon as I saw the 675, I said to myself that that’s going to be my next bike.
Owning one of these it's always funny how many people instantly think it's junk. Motorcycles aren't that complicated, I don't get why people think China can't make a good one
People speculated about a higher end variant, but thats all that ever was. In all likelihood it made more financial sense to make one frame and engine tune to share with a naked version. There are pictures online of a 675NK.
@@shuckyducky-lu8ncyes. These are much like buying a Kia/Hyundai. Values tank 20% below MSRP when you leave the lot and the markups are toast. Best to buy one of these second hand, lightly used for $6k. THEN it is an awesome buy.
@@karlfonner7589 get an out the door price, I bet it’s almost $7k. Dealers tend to put on full force the freight and set up charges on these brands. I’m thinking they can cover it up some with the major brands or maybe the bigger brands include it in MSRP. Also I think bigger brands offer dealer incentives to keep it closer to MSRP plus doc/tag/title fees.
For reference, the Daytona 675 at the end of its life was 405 pounds with a 4.6 gallon tank, and the new Daytona 660 is 443 pounds with a 3.7 gallon tank. That puts the 675SS with a 4 gallon tank right in the middle. The ZX6R is 430 pounds with a 4.5 gallon tank.
I've been wanting to get the 450 SS for a long time but because of my size every rider and dealership has told me to get a bigger bike. I've been waiting for cf Moto to come out with a bigger sports bike. I'm excited to get my hands on this one. The "competition" prices are out my range and cf Moto always finds a way to make my credit and pockets say "You deserve this" lol

I've almost put 10 000 km's on my 700 CLX Heritage, and I've only had a small issue with the fuel injection. However it was covered by the warranty, and was easily fixed. Solid bike!
I have a 22 clx 700. Love my bike. Only issue is the gear indicator goes wonky sometimes in 6th gear says it's in 1st. Normally not a problem but when you have cruise control on. It really doesn't like it. Goes into some kinda safe mode, throws a code and kills the throttle. Have to shut off the bike and turn back on. Not fun at 80 on the interstate. Seems to be a known problem.

But CFMoto is here to stay I know, we all know I guess. So didn't really felt the need to watch this video. Happy your excited and putting their name out there, cause it's seems well deserved for them. Might be test riding one at some point too. But there's a lot of stuff out there for them and they prove reliable thus far too.

Dude! When I watch your videos and you mention the F4i. It always brings me back 20 something years when it came out. Currently I have a 2024 ZX-10r, and ZX-6r, but my favorite will always be the F4i :)
I hope they go the Honda Rebel route and drop some higher displacement versions in the future. The 450 is their "Rebel 300". This means they would have to put out a 750 and 1250! That would be AWESOME. I'm almost certain it won't happen, but a man can hope.
I have 6000km and 4 Months of ownership with my 800nk, (a bit of commuting, couple of long trips and 1 track day) I am trying to beat it as much as I can since I got 5 Years of warranty right now I want to get to 10-15k km to see if the motor blows up as the 790 KTM did back in the day, the only issue I got so far is that the key fob for the key-less start got some configuration issues and didn't let me start the bike, but after I did a software update this is no longer an issue.
Hi SC, i think this endurance test of the new CF motos's sportbike is really good idea. On the streets, on the racetrack, on the tours. I'm really courrious, if it hold's up the tests. I remember when everyone told me, to not to buy the hyosung gt250, because it is "unrealiable,crapy, korean sh*t", but i did, and i rode 30.000km whitout isue, quite often on racetrack (almost every weekend), i'm not joking, the small gt was a real predator on a gokart track. And even after that no one belilved me that i did this milage.
I have a 2022 CF Moto CLX 700 sport (original owner) with 5k miles on it. The only issue that I've had (and continue to have even after being repaired under warranty) is the gear position sensor misreading what gear I'm in and toggling back and forth on the screen. It's just annoying and doesn't affect the ride at all, however, it does render the cruise control useless since when it toggles, it cancels out the cruise control. Other than that, it's a great bike and I would buy it again (I paid $5,999 off the show room floor).
No argument that the winglets on these bikes are mostly cosmetic, but winglets could actually make sense on a street bike, not to add downforce, but for enhanced aerodynamic stability/drag reduction.
Hey Spite from the UK here. I bought my 800NK Sport in Feb this year and I love it. I am really interested in the 675 SS as I really enjoyed the Triumph 675 triple. I would love for you to do 2 videos, 1 showcasing the CFMoto 675 and another comparing the CFMoto and the Triumph, should you have enough money to buy both. That would be a great watch. Also I would love to see you review the VOOM 500 as I love the look of that bike. I am not getting rid of the 800NK for years but if I was very going to be allowed a second bike it would be the VOOM or the 675 SS. Cheers Spite.
cfmoto is legit. I got 5k miles on my ibex 800t and its a fantastic bike. theyve got my stamp of approval. they are doing what other manufacturers refuse to do, making great looking, great performing, great sounding bikes for a great price.
Another great video, I was a rider until I wasn't. Had a huge accident and fractured my skull, always had a passion for two wheel's. Haven't been one of those annoying riders, but more like Danny MacAskill. Till three days ago I got my leaners again, just paid for the 450Sr-s. So ill be getting my new ride on Wednesday once payment and shipping has occurred. Thanks for being honest and also talking about the nerves of new riders that occur.
I been looking to get a CFMoto, but Problem is it is reported to have long wait periods to get parts for it. I think if CFMoto added get supply of parts for routine parts, it would be great.
You mentioned the HP cap for A2 bikes in Europe. I think if you look it up, it actually is a power to weight ratio not a hard power cap. The new Ninja 500 is heavier, so it is likely allowed to have a few extra pony's..
I have a moto guzzi v7. 55hp, 44 ft/lbs torque and I got it down to 400 pounds. That is the minimum i would go for if you have to use the highway for more than 10 minutes at least in arizona since its 75 mph. These new CF moto are tempting because they are so cheap, what a good second bike.
My reliability question is more centered on longevity. I have a 2009- Honda Hornet 600 with 72,000 miles on it. A side from normal wear & tear nothing major has happened to it (touch wood) - How long and how well will a 15 year old, high mileage CFMoto look? Once that question is answered they can have my money or my middle finger.
I'm currently riding a CLX 700 . Had for a year , no probe to date . I'm a older rider and enjoy the softer ride , and cruise control. Spend most of my trips running through the Appalachians . Bikes a great back road bandit ! Wonder if they have a 675 NK coming ?
I love my 2023 CFMOTO 450SS. Gonna wait a year before purchasing the bike just in case there are recalls or flaws. Besides that, the brand has been pretty promising for a few years now.
I didnt see the triple mystique either, till i owned one, the grunt of vtwin with the rush of an inline 4. Its the comrpomise motor and the packaging is small enough that it makes the bike very flickable
Love my cf moto. I am also looking forward to getting the 675 ss myself. When I do I will come back here and let you know my thoughts. Thank you for your input this really helped feel like my decision to stick with cf moto is a good one.
There's going to be some confusion given that there are so many different names/versions. Yes, the USDM 675SS and international 675SR are essentially the same, but then there's the 675SR-R, which is a more race-spec model that may be track-only. Pretty sure that the winglets, racetrack promo footage, fully-adjustable suspension claims, seem to be referencing the R-Spec model.
Gonna have to keep a close eye on this. If this 675 holds up, and CF Moto launches their version of a Street Triple with a nin-KTM motor as their NK version of the SS, I'll be so down to get one.
Rs660 owner and i would take that cable throttle any day! It hates being held at low speeds without speeding up! (It got better with some ecu updates the early 2021 was horrible).If the suspension and brakes are any good i wouldn't bother with the Aprilia 😅.

Hey now, my Husky 701 survived 3 years and about 8000km with no engine issues. My current 1290 SAS is only 1 year old, so still early but so far no problems. It's really only KTM's 790 and 890 p-twins that have issues with the cams, and latest investigations seem to indicate it's not the cams themselves that's the problem, but a poor design in the engine itself that doesn't allow for the proper oiling of the cams. Just avoid the p-twin engines and you'll be good.
1200 miles on my 450NK and no issues here and I don’t suspect I’ll have any. It’s such a good bike! I wonder if CFMoto has any plans for a full fledged touring bike?
I saw the CFMoto release video the other day and was impressed. They've obviously taken a leaf out of Triumph's book and it'll be interesting to see what CFMoto does with this engine configuration.
I HAVE A 2023 450SS and after putting 400 miles it has a mm of difference on the rear arm. which causes the chain to be super loose. any idea if thats bad?
Right now is either the best time or worst time to release a new super sport. Not many people are buying them due to the impracticality or lack of new models to be excited about. However, there is hardly any competition in the current middleweight super sport segment and this bike can fill the void. It would be such a great deal at $8000 with the new tech and sick asthenic if it lives up to its claimed performance specs, and optimistic reliability becomes fruition. It wound be so appealing to new riders coveting the fast boy life, a graduation present for novice riders upgrading from their beginner bike or an old squid looking to get back to squidn’ the streets. Selfishly, I hope CF Moto might actually re-spark the super sport genre by hitting the 675ss.
Bought my kids a couple of new CFMOTO electric dirt bikes and the build quality is outstanding. No way I'm riding EV bike buy for the kids to rip around on they are perfect. Also means I am not loosing any riding time maintaining the damn things. 👌
Look I'm a CF moto hater but man I'm really glad they now have a 675 "sport" bike. I'm so sick of manufacturers upping the displacement to 900cc and calling it a middleweight.
The only thing is that The 2017 Daytona 675R has claimed 128hp vs. This one having 95hp. So that is the downside of not upping the displacement when emissions control gets more strict. And that is why displacement is going up. Same power "better emission"
@getty6974 I'm aware of the overly strict motorcycle emissions. I'd still much prefer the manufacturers keeping the displacement smaller knowing that us the consumer will add a full system and tune to get the true power kinda like what kawi does.
@@getty6974 It's limited to 95hp because of A2 license regulations. But I'd be willing to bet this engine will put out 110hp with an ECU flash and tune.
@@mikehawk6918 Even though i am from EU i hate the fucking 70kw A2 restriction. Cfmoto has bunch of a2 capable models why make everything a2 compliant. But i truly feel like A2 is really damaging the industry. Every fucking "middle class" bike is Max 70kw so they can Be restricted to 35kw. Edit: Daytona 660 is rather good example. Triumph made a SuperSport which is neither super nor sport and nobody bought it. What a suprise
I have been running their atvs for years now and we beat the hell out of them but never have any problems outside of normal maintenance items. Ive seen a few of their bikes around dfw area and every time i talk to the guys on em they seem to love them and have no problem. One of the guys i talked to had almost 32k on it and claimed to not have had any issues outside of normal wear and tear stuff. Im itching to try one out myself at those price points but i just cant figure out which one i need to add to the stable
Rider modes are silly. I grew up riding a 95gsxr750. Rain or shine you learned how much power it could use. You were the mode. I leave all my bikes i currently have on sport or race mode and just ride them accordingly.
I have no intention of buying one. And probably never will. But I will say that I appreciate CF Motos existence. It’s something that we needed to shake up the market a bit. And hopefully their existence can help bring down some of the inflation we’ve seen on pricing of motorcycles. Either that or push some of these other brands to innovate a little bit more.

@adiosyt8512 I am 6' 0" on the dot. I have a 33" inseam. I personally feel that the bike is light enough to one foot if you need to but I also don't know a lot about how lowering effects the bike.
Little details tho like wheelbase and how the power is put down isn't in the stats, suspect the RS is still a level above this bike. Looks and sound not withstanding.
I have the RS660, got it a month and a half ago, 1300 miles so far it's SUCH a fun bike. Upgraded suspension to Ohlin's and about to put full exhaust and tune on it.
Never been happier with a road bike than this.
cable throttle = no rider modes = cheaper to fix/maintain. I'm all about that. I have stacked money away for the passed year and plan on picking up a 675SS. My dealership said they ship in January. Great video Spite, love your content. Keep it coming! Would be fun to see a cross over with you and Jake the Garden Snake again on 675SS bikes like you did with the NK 450 and 800.
It's nice to have a choice of a single, P Twin, triple & inline 4 but I'm waiting for a V4 power plant before I hop on the CFMOTO train.
On the Kawasaki Eliminator, we have factory published specs here in Australia. The Eliminator has 33.4 kW {45 hp} at 9,000 rpm & 42.6 Nm {31.4 FT LBS} at 6,000 rpm. CFMOTO claim 30kW (40 hp) at 8,000rpm & 42Nm (31 FT LBS) at 6,250rpm for the 450 CLC. The Eliminator has a 5kg advantage in wet weight over the 450 CLC so it will probably win in a drag race. But there's a $2,200+ difference in the ride away price, making the 450 CLC over 20% cheaper than the Eliminator. That's a big price difference as the Kawasaki is manufactured in Thailand.

@@davegallo8166 Yeah. I saw that. The problem is CFMOTO have been selling motorcycles in Australia for well over a decade & reliability is less of an issue here. Other brands not so much.
The Kawasaki also sounds like a lawn mower while the CLC sounds great with the 270° crank. I did a test ride on it and it is amazing. I did buy the 450 NK though, which has 48 hp and weighs 181 kg wet.
23 cfmoto 450ss, 12k miles, only issue I had was the clutch position sensor broke so I had to put the bike in N to start it. Fixed under warranty, Tbox recall, fixed under recall. I love this bike, I ride the hell out of it year round, cold, hot, wet, it is a great bike. Great to take to the local mountains and carve with some friends.
What is a Tbox? That's a term I'm not familiar with

Nice! I haven't heard this from anyone else, but it makes sense! That would be really cool. It would kind of compete with 2 of their other bikes, depending on style, but I could see them discontinuing the CLX 700.

What do you mean discontinued? They're still being sold everywhere and the 700 twin powers their 700mt which isn't sold in the US. If anything is getting the boot, its the 800NK, which has the same horsepower but has the KTM camshaft issue.
My only complaint is that it needs more of that beautiful CFMoto turquoise.
Bro 100% agree, i don't know why they're slowly removing the turquoise from the 450ss. I do know that I'm buying the white 675ss, and it has the turquoise on the wheels, looks badass I can't wait to get one. But they definitely should make that color their staple just like Kawasaki 💚
Spite now producing some of the most insightful moto journalism. It would be interesting to see a heat map of where CF Moto sells its bikes. They really seem focused on responding to what America wants.
I have a cfmoto 700clx. It has 2 problems that I know of. There is an electrical contact used to pause the cruise control in the front brake lever, sometimes it wiggles out of spec and throws an error code, making cruise control not usable. Works fine other than throwing a code and breaking CC. I have this problem. The other problem I know of on this bike, is that there is a washer on the gear shifter that needs to be removed on some bikes, because it causes the gear indicator to not be able to tell what gear the bike is in, which also breaks cruise control. You have to be in 4th gear to use cruise control, so the bike thinking it's in first, or not displaying a gear at all, causes CC to not work.
Those are the 2 issues I personally know of, and I have only experienced one of them. The great news is the bike is perfectly rideable with either issue. I also have a Harley and don't have enough time to talk about issues with it, so...
I love CFmoto. The model I have is the first bike they released in NA, and the first model year. I expected there to be issues. I am relieved they aren't major issues, and it's been a great, really fun bike. I have owned it longer than I have owned any other bike. I typically trade my bikes in every year for a new one, but instead of trading the CFmoto in, I opted to just get a second bike (the Harley). I will probably end up keeping the CFmoto for a while. It's a ton of fun and cheap to run. Insurance is really cheap, too.
I will for sure be getting another CFmoto eventually. Looking at the 800NK or the Ibex800. Also looking at an Aprilia Tuono 660. Not sure what the next one will be, but I'm going to trade in my Harley. ('23 street bob)
I have the gear position indicator issue with my CLX 700 sport. Didn't have the first problem with the cruise control code however. Funny, I traded my 13 Harley VROD Muscle and my 18 Dyna Low Rider S!

I've had my 300nk just over a year. 4 months after I bought it the dealership closed shop. Last month the dash/display went out. Now I gotta haul it 2 hrs away next weekend. It's not that bad, but knowing that no shop in my area will work on them really has me regretting not getting one of the big 4. Even the BMW dealerships are closer than the now nearest CFmoto dealer.

I own a CFMoto 700CL-X Sport and I love it. I remember reading somewhere that there is supposed to be two versions of the 675. The SS and the SR-S I think. The higher end with Brembo, heated grips, cruise, and a few other things. I’m trying to find the article now and will come back when I find it again.
But to be honest, the quality of my bike is excellent. Yes, it’s a ER6 N motor from Kawasaki, so it’s not CFs plant, but with Brembos, KYB fully adjustable, Bosch ride by wire, it’s a great bike. There’s also things like the welds on the bike are excellent not sloppy like you see on other bikes made in China. It’s a great bike. But as soon as I saw the 675, I said to myself that that’s going to be my next bike.
Owning one of these it's always funny how many people instantly think it's junk. Motorcycles aren't that complicated, I don't get why people think China can't make a good one
People speculated about a higher end variant, but thats all that ever was. In all likelihood it made more financial sense to make one frame and engine tune to share with a naked version. There are pictures online of a 675NK.

@@karlfonner7589 get an out the door price, I bet it’s almost $7k. Dealers tend to put on full force the freight and set up charges on these brands. I’m thinking they can cover it up some with the major brands or maybe the bigger brands include it in MSRP. Also I think bigger brands offer dealer incentives to keep it closer to MSRP plus doc/tag/title fees.

On the official website, the 675ss is stated to have a 426lbs curb weight (around 193kg). Still a very impresive motorcycle!
Same weight as most 600 super sports. Just less peak power…
For reference, the Daytona 675 at the end of its life was 405 pounds with a 4.6 gallon tank, and the new Daytona 660 is 443 pounds with a 3.7 gallon tank. That puts the 675SS with a 4 gallon tank right in the middle. The ZX6R is 430 pounds with a 4.5 gallon tank.
I've been wanting to get the 450 SS for a long time but because of my size every rider and dealership has told me to get a bigger bike. I've been waiting for cf Moto to come out with a bigger sports bike. I'm excited to get my hands on this one. The "competition" prices are out my range and cf Moto always finds a way to make my credit and pockets say "You deserve this" lol
Update: it has 3 rider modes... Rain, Street, and Sport :) I think it also has cruise control

I've almost put 10 000 km's on my 700 CLX Heritage, and I've only had a small issue with the fuel injection. However it was covered by the warranty, and was easily fixed. Solid bike!

I have a 22 clx 700. Love my bike. Only issue is the gear indicator goes wonky sometimes in 6th gear says it's in 1st. Normally not a problem but when you have cruise control on. It really doesn't like it. Goes into some kinda safe mode, throws a code and kills the throttle. Have to shut off the bike and turn back on. Not fun at 80 on the interstate. Seems to be a known problem.

Dude! When I watch your videos and you mention the F4i. It always brings me back 20 something years when it came out. Currently I have a 2024 ZX-10r, and ZX-6r, but my favorite will always be the F4i :)

I hope they go the Honda Rebel route and drop some higher displacement versions in the future. The 450 is their "Rebel 300". This means they would have to put out a 750 and 1250! That would be AWESOME. I'm almost certain it won't happen, but a man can hope.

I have 6000km and 4 Months of ownership with my 800nk, (a bit of commuting, couple of long trips and 1 track day) I am trying to beat it as much as I can since I got 5 Years of warranty right now I want to get to 10-15k km to see if the motor blows up as the 790 KTM did back in the day, the only issue I got so far is that the key fob for the key-less start got some configuration issues and didn't let me start the bike, but after I did a software update this is no longer an issue.
I keep expecting my CFMOTO 800MT (Ibex) to let me down, but it keeps on over delivering and providing hassle free riding. Best bike I've owned.
Hi SC, i think this endurance test of the new CF motos's sportbike is really good idea. On the streets, on the racetrack, on the tours. I'm really courrious, if it hold's up the tests. I remember when everyone told me, to not to buy the hyosung gt250, because it is "unrealiable,crapy, korean sh*t", but i did, and i rode 30.000km whitout isue, quite often on racetrack (almost every weekend), i'm not joking, the small gt was a real predator on a gokart track. And even after that no one belilved me that i did this milage.
I have a 2022 CF Moto CLX 700 sport (original owner) with 5k miles on it. The only issue that I've had (and continue to have even after being repaired under warranty) is the gear position sensor misreading what gear I'm in and toggling back and forth on the screen. It's just annoying and doesn't affect the ride at all, however, it does render the cruise control useless since when it toggles, it cancels out the cruise control. Other than that, it's a great bike and I would buy it again (I paid $5,999 off the show room floor).
I was just drooling over a 2012 Triumph Daytona 675 today......maybe I get one of these next year for my second bike.....
No argument that the winglets on these bikes are mostly cosmetic, but winglets could actually make sense on a street bike, not to add downforce, but for enhanced aerodynamic stability/drag reduction.
Had my 450sr (Australia's version of ss) since launch, only had a rear brake banjo washer recall, never had an issue.
Hey Spite from the UK here. I bought my 800NK Sport in Feb this year and I love it. I am really interested in the 675 SS as I really enjoyed the Triumph 675 triple. I would love for you to do 2 videos, 1 showcasing the CFMoto 675 and another comparing the CFMoto and the Triumph, should you have enough money to buy both. That would be a great watch. Also I would love to see you review the VOOM 500 as I love the look of that bike. I am not getting rid of the 800NK for years but if I was very going to be allowed a second bike it would be the VOOM or the 675 SS.

cfmoto is legit. I got 5k miles on my ibex 800t and its a fantastic bike. theyve got my stamp of approval. they are doing what other manufacturers refuse to do, making great looking, great performing, great sounding bikes for a great price.
Another great video, I was a rider until I wasn't. Had a huge accident and fractured my skull, always had a passion for two wheel's. Haven't been one of those annoying riders, but more like Danny MacAskill. Till three days ago I got my leaners again, just paid for the 450Sr-s. So ill be getting my new ride on Wednesday once payment and shipping has occurred. Thanks for being honest and also talking about the nerves of new riders that occur.

I been looking to get a CFMoto, but Problem is it is reported to have long wait periods to get parts for it. I think if CFMoto added get supply of parts for routine parts, it would be great.
Re: the Kawasaki 500 HP figures, they split the tune. USDM models are getting the 51ish HP tune, while A2 countries are getting a 47 HP tune.

You mentioned the HP cap for A2 bikes in Europe. I think if you look it up, it actually is a power to weight ratio not a hard power cap. The new Ninja 500 is heavier, so it is likely allowed to have a few extra pony's..
I was excited for the CL-C, but now I'm going to hold out for the CL-C Bobber. Only other wish would be to see the 800s dropped into the CL-C series.

I have a moto guzzi v7. 55hp, 44 ft/lbs torque and I got it down to 400 pounds. That is the minimum i would go for if you have to use the highway for more than 10 minutes at least in arizona since its 75 mph. These new CF moto are tempting because they are so cheap, what a good second bike.
I'm absolutely interested is seeing a long term track review of this bike because that's what I'd like to do with one too
My reliability question is more centered on longevity. I have a 2009- Honda Hornet 600 with 72,000 miles on it. A side from normal wear & tear nothing major has happened to it (touch wood) - How long and how well will a 15 year old, high mileage CFMoto look? Once that question is answered they can have my money or my middle finger.

I'm currently riding a CLX 700 . Had for a year , no probe to date . I'm a older rider and enjoy the softer ride , and cruise control. Spend most of my trips running through the Appalachians . Bikes a great back road bandit ! Wonder if they have a 675 NK coming ?
I love my 2023 CFMOTO 450SS. Gonna wait a year before purchasing the bike just in case there are recalls or flaws. Besides that, the brand has been pretty promising for a few years now.
I didnt see the triple mystique either, till i owned one, the grunt of vtwin with the rush of an inline 4. Its the comrpomise motor and the packaging is small enough that it makes the bike very flickable

disappointed we didnt get the 500 voom, as someone that isn't really tracking and just commuting that one was really appealing.
best time to be located in Asia! Bought a 250SR to learn on while waiting to upgrade to the 500 SR Voom or the 675 SS.
As a cfmoto rider I am super interested in a real long term stress test (650 MT, 2nd hand, no issues so far, only pleasant surprises)

There's going to be some confusion given that there are so many different names/versions. Yes, the USDM 675SS and international 675SR are essentially the same, but then there's the 675SR-R, which is a more race-spec model that may be track-only. Pretty sure that the winglets, racetrack promo footage, fully-adjustable suspension claims, seem to be referencing the R-Spec model.
Gonna have to keep a close eye on this. If this 675 holds up, and CF Moto launches their version of a Street Triple with a nin-KTM motor as their NK version of the SS, I'll be so down to get one.
Rs660 owner and i would take that cable throttle any day! It hates being held at low speeds without speeding up! (It got better with some ecu updates the early 2021 was horrible).If the suspension and brakes are any good i wouldn't bother with the Aprilia 😅.

Hey now, my Husky 701 survived 3 years and about 8000km with no engine issues. My current 1290 SAS is only 1 year old, so still early but so far no problems. It's really only KTM's 790 and 890 p-twins that have issues with the cams, and latest investigations seem to indicate it's not the cams themselves that's the problem, but a poor design in the engine itself that doesn't allow for the proper oiling of the cams. Just avoid the p-twin engines and you'll be good.
1200 miles on my 450NK and no issues here and I don’t suspect I’ll have any. It’s such a good bike! I wonder if CFMoto has any plans for a full fledged touring bike?

I HAVE A 2023 450SS and after putting 400 miles it has a mm of difference on the rear arm. which causes the chain to be super loose. any idea if thats bad?

Right now is either the best time or worst time to release a new super sport. Not many people are buying them due to the impracticality or lack of new models to be excited about. However, there is hardly any competition in the current middleweight super sport segment and this bike can fill the void. It would be such a great deal at $8000 with the new tech and sick asthenic if it lives up to its claimed performance specs, and optimistic reliability becomes fruition. It wound be so appealing to new riders coveting the fast boy life, a graduation present for novice riders upgrading from their beginner bike or an old squid looking to get back to squidn’ the streets. Selfishly, I hope CF Moto might actually re-spark the super sport genre by hitting the 675ss.

Bought my kids a couple of new CFMOTO electric dirt bikes and the build quality is outstanding. No way I'm riding EV bike buy for the kids to rip around on they are perfect. Also means I am not loosing any riding time maintaining the damn things. 👌
Look I'm a CF moto hater but man I'm really glad they now have a 675 "sport" bike. I'm so sick of manufacturers upping the displacement to 900cc and calling it a middleweight.
The only thing is that The 2017 Daytona 675R has claimed 128hp vs. This one having 95hp. So that is the downside of not upping the displacement when emissions control gets more strict. And that is why displacement is going up. Same power "better emission"
@getty6974 I'm aware of the overly strict motorcycle emissions. I'd still much prefer the manufacturers keeping the displacement smaller knowing that us the consumer will add a full system and tune to get the true power kinda like what kawi does.

@@getty6974 It's limited to 95hp because of A2 license regulations. But I'd be willing to bet this engine will put out 110hp with an ECU flash and tune.
@@mikehawk6918 Even though i am from EU i hate the fucking 70kw A2 restriction. Cfmoto has bunch of a2 capable models why make everything a2 compliant. But i truly feel like A2 is really damaging the industry. Every fucking "middle class" bike is Max 70kw so they can Be restricted to 35kw. Edit: Daytona 660 is rather good example. Triumph made a SuperSport which is neither super nor sport and nobody bought it. What a suprise

It was listed as 408. I'm guessing it's 426 with a full tank of gas.

I have been running their atvs for years now and we beat the hell out of them but never have any problems outside of normal maintenance items. Ive seen a few of their bikes around dfw area and every time i talk to the guys on em they seem to love them and have no problem. One of the guys i talked to had almost 32k on it and claimed to not have had any issues outside of normal wear and tear stuff. Im itching to try one out myself at those price points but i just cant figure out which one i need to add to the stable
Rider modes are silly. I grew up riding a 95gsxr750. Rain or shine you learned how much power it could use. You were the mode. I leave all my bikes i currently have on sport or race mode and just ride them accordingly.
I have no intention of buying one. And probably never will. But I will say that I appreciate CF Motos existence. It’s something that we needed to shake up the market a bit. And hopefully their existence can help bring down some of the inflation we’ve seen on pricing of motorcycles. Either that or push some of these other brands to innovate a little bit more.
