They didn't touch warrior *at all* during heroic week. In fact, they did zero actual tuning to any class during heroic week. We know this because we can all still easily see the patch notes and hotfix notes from that entire month. The problem with making false claims on the internet like saying they tuned the precious warriors during heroic week is that the massive amount of contradictory information is also on the internet.
The fury Bloodthirst and raging blow buffs let you play mountain thane anger management ravager uproar (maybe storm of steel) and avoid the nerfs to slayer. They are wanting you to play a different build for aoe. Will probably let you perform way better in m+. Basically you just generate as much rage as possible and pump out cds

Not sure if you would want storm of steel for 100% ravager uptime or unhinged for more thunder blasts
It will be interesting to see if the other play style now is going to used or not.. I know there was a fairly large gap between the two.
