I know Krillin has died numerous times, but he's still awesome......as for 18 watching her brother kill her husband had quite an *impact* on both her heart and mind......and going in to avenge him has to be one of the few most caring and noble things she's ever done. 🥺

IE for humans The Ox King is super strong from birth so Chichi is super strong as well and she trained since birth to get even stronger, these individuals are abnormalities not the norm. Meanwhile Bra not only has Saiyan cells in her but Vegeta S-cells were in a stage far beyond that of a regular Super Saiyan, had she trained since birth, she'd be the strongest of all offpsrings. But both Krillin and Lazuli were regular folks at birth before they got their powers and have no genetic advantage like Saiyans, Namekians or even Triclops do, so their offsprings will be as weak as normal humans if they don't train.

I think the people who dubbed this somehow didn't watch either the Japanese or English dub or DBZ or the Japanese version of DBGT and just had to sort of wing it.
I think part of the problem is that a lot of the information on the twins' true nature and "how" Gero modified the two comes more from apocryphal sources - companion/guide books for the original Japanese manga and episodes that either were never translated into English or hadn't been translated into into English at the time of the dubbing - rather than from the original Japanese episodes themselves. Remember, as big as Funimation's dubbing production was, back in the day they were pretty much doing it on a very tight schedule and budget and didn't have a whole lot of extra resources at their disposal.

We could have seen what 17 have been doing after Z. He could have a dream about his evil self, so he can set up this arc better. Man, GT has a lot of ideas but poorly executed.
