Those look delicious! My late mother in law always made her “peanut clusters” for the holidays. She used 1 bag of Reese’s peanut butter chips, 1 bag of chocolate chips (dark, milk, or a blend), and two cups of peanuts. Melt all of the chips, stir in the peanuts, drop by small spoonfuls onto wax paper (or a silpat), and let them cool and harden. You can speed up the cooling by putting them in the fridge for a little bit, but if they stay in the fridge for too long they will sweat when they warm up to room temp. Found that out by accident😅
Randy, Do you have a recipe for Goldburg's peanut chews? These were popular in the 1950-60's and are making a comeback. I'm starting to see them in all the specialty candy shops.

Ooh, those sound delicious! 😋
Peanut clusters are a classic, good idea in adding the toffee!
Thanks! I thought it would be a good way to elevate them while staying simple enough for kids.

I'm not familiar with those. Time for some tasty research. Thanks for the suggestion! 😁
These look great! Where do we hear more about the contest? Is it still going?
Thanks! We have a winner for the contest, who will be announced this Friday. I have no doubt that there will be another contest forthcoming. 🙂
