My parents had their house on Greenleaf St from 1972 to the time they both passed away in the 1990's. My brother lived in it till he sold it to one of the neighbors in 2003. Think the house address was 1815 if I remember right. It was one of the houses built post WW2 for returning servicemen. It was always fun driving up and down Greenleaf street in the winter time and navigating around some of those bends in the road going up and down from the West End Circle. Thanks for bringing back old memories of Pittsburgh and Mt Washington and Duquesne Heights.
Tim, My family grew up in the yellow house u show on Hallock street. My father did most of the renovations himself. It brought back long forgotten memories. Thanks for sharing.
I'm glad you're still doing videos. I really enjoy them. I sent a link to one to a friend. It's hard to believe that the Liberty Tubes was built before the bridge. You should go a video on how it was built. I remember the walkway inside. I supposed had a relative who when he passed away was the first funeral that wnet through the tunnel and the bridge. I recently lived in Mt. Lebanon and enjoyed yuor video on Banksville Road. My dad grew up in Bethel Park and remembered all those country roads and farms. I'll look forward to seeing the next ones you make.
Another excellent video Tim. Thanks for posting. I visit Pittsburgh often. We stayed in a Vrbo house off Boggs St over the New Years holidays. I will be looking for your next video on this very interesting area of Pittsburgh.
Hello Tim , My comment is . I never really walked around in Mount Washington . only at the top of the Incline and back down to route 51 . And always just drove up one side of the mountain and down the other side. Your videos and descriptions are always enjoyed . Keep up the good work Tim . Any chance of doing a Railroad video ? I always admired the train bridge by the Fort Pitt tunnels on the Green tree side.
I've lived in Florida for more than 40 plus years but I grew up in the suburbs of Pittsburgh. And my accent is still as strong as it's ever been. Thank you for your work. I miss the old days.😊

Used to live @ 122 Bailey Ave the yr of 97/98 survived the damn tornado and everything it loopdylooped right around our building across from an old guy Italian bar Serrinsetti’s I believe and a 1/2 block down from La Travolta Italiana and Pittsburgh Reptiles.
