MY THEORY OF WHY LADYBUG CANT FALL IN LOVE WITH CHAT! Remember In chat blanc, chat said “ it was our love that did this to the world? “ and now in sentibubbler her nightmare has CHAT BLANC in it? That means she remembers everything. So , maybe she is afraid that everyone will die in Paris once more? She already kind of experienced all of her loved ones dead in chat blanc. As she probably does have feelings for chat noir because of how much she trusts him, loves him , and needs him to be ladybug? Maybe she is restricting herself to not fall in love with chat because he doesn’t want to put chat noir or Paris in danger ? Maybe this is why she is kind of leaving chat in the dark she doesn’t wanna fall in love ? Maybe the 100th episode of mlb will be chat noir getting akumatized again or sandboy coming back ? Thus she will have to explain to chat everything or chat blanc will break free from the akuma because ladybug explains everything? ( random zlol )
I think a little bit the same... I mean, I think Marinette is afraid to fall in love with someone because she first thinks her romance with Adrien is becoming impossible more and more, she didn't want to hurt Luka because she was hiding a big secret from him, I think she likes Chat but she doesn't want to see it because of the same thing that could happen (chat blanc ep) and of course we have to remember that now being the guardian it's becoming harder than she though but I don't think their love is impossible. If you remember, it was the way Adrien revealed his identity to Mari that caused the problem at first, not their love per se (even if chat said otherwise) so I think if the revelation happens in another way.... well, they could make it work

@@plaggnoir2694 the only issue is that marinette doesn’t know how his identity got out which led her to assume when he said “it was our love that did this to the world” that he betrayed her trust and peeked to find out who she was, or the information spread because of lack of responsibility, or he found out by accident. I think marinette likes chat a lot but I don’t think it has a lot to do with Adrien anymore. In season 4 we know she has a breakdown and ends up confessing to Alya, due to that she gives her the miraculous to keep and a couple episodes later in sentibubbler she had a nightmare about alya betraying her, hawk moth stealing the guardian box, and chat blanc reappearing. This is all do to the lack of trust and load of fear marinette keeps to herself and at one point will just explode. And that fear relates to chat noir, I believe that she thinks that chat disobeyed her, or betrayed her even though he didn’t. The reason she avoids him leads me to believe that it’s because she doesn’t want to believe chat would end up doing that or be that type of person and the other half is too protect not only Paris but the whole world and universe. I also think the reason she isn’t telling him this stuff is not only cause it was traumatic but because she’s afraid that her sadness and stuff she’s been holding back will make chat believe that it is his fault that she’s like this and become akumatized again. I do hope she ends of confessing about the whole situation and explains her reasoning behind her actions which some were selfish. That all :)
