Great observation. It is definitely a unique shot. Sofi Kenin on the women's side has a somewhat similar takeback/wind-up. I'm almost surprised more players don't use it. It's just taking the unit-turn concept from the modern forehand and applying it to the backhand side. Might be harder to manage with a one-handed backhand, but Kwon makes it look easy with his two-hander.
Yellow shirt had the typical modern weak, limited inferior 2hbh, his forehand set up had a loop in it too, not sure who he is, but he probably is no more than a 5.5 player.
