    As a disabled person whose primary mode of transportation is a wheelchair, I want to thank you for taking me with you on your adventures.
    I've had a fondness for Harpy eagles since I was a young person, so getting to see this beautiful family of eagles has been the highlight of my day.

    The Harpy Eagle is one of my favorite birds, I love them!! It makes me sad to think about how their population is depleting.

      I agree, they are like smaller terror birds that can fly it’s amazing! Their claws are massive and are the largest eagle specimen alive ATM

    Sept 2019, I spent three weeks in Panama at Canopy Family … great three weeks, great bird guys like Eli or his older brother Daniello … and yes, we too got lucky to see the Harpy Eagle. Thanks for sharing Robert!

    I never would’ve thought an eagle would live in the jungle. Only one chick every five years, wow. Google says they live 35-40 years, so each pair may only produce another 7 or 8 eagles in their lifetimes. Protect these precious and beautiful birds. ❤️🦅

    Take my breath away... Wow. That had to be so thrilling, so amazing to witness with your own eyes. I also liked the guide you had, he could hear the male before seeing it and was able to clue you in to his arrival by listening intently. Very nice! Thank you, really, THANK YOU!

    It's amazing how REF and his team is able to endure the hike on a foreign land, and still capture these captivating shots of these parent Harpy eagles.
    I appreciate the hard work you guys had done in order to educate the viewers about these beautiful creatures. I hope one day you could visit the Philippines and meet our proud, and rare Philippine eagles, before its too late.

    Thank you so much for sharing this video and bringing more awareness to replenishing the rain forests. This is the first time I have seen or even heard of the Harpy Eagle and I am 60 years old! I am also sure this isn't the only species that I haven't heard of before unfortunately. Education is the key to helping people understand that Mother Earth gives us everything we need to live but we are supposed to be her caregivers. We need to learn to be MUCH better at it!!! ⭐💖🙏

    This effort to preserve the harpy eagle reminds me, years ago, when both the American bald and golden eagles were both in the endangered list because of the use of DDT, and when after it got banned, the population of both began to bounced back. Great job Robert!

    Amazing footage of such a rare raptor. When the male returned, he seemed to have some prey in his talons, but I couldn't tell what it was.

    I saw one the first and only time in 1978 doing jungle training in Panama and as we we were traveling down the river we saw one flying and it was so huge. I'm originally from Florida and I've seen bald Eagle but the the harpy was much bigger and the way it flew through the trees it was amazing. But the bald Eagle is still my favorite large bird if prey.

      Sounds an amazing experience back in the 78 I was 6 years old then and already obsessed with birds and didn’t imagine I would get to see these spectacular birds
      And yes massive in comparison with the Bald Eagles 🦅

    Awh, the little chicks are so cute! I hope the harpy eagle population grows soon and that lumber companies slow down on cutting trees, because I don't ever want to see this magnificent bird go because of deforestation.

    Great Robert, this ancient looking eagle-like raptor should have its place in "Noah's Ark", if I may say so. Great narrating as always, good luck from Northern Germany (I'm going to look for the local white-tailed eagles tomorrow 🙂).
