Being a Marine and watching this it was nice to see the implementation of no man left behind, code of conduct while a POW, and Marine Raiders conducting a rescue operation on a fellow Marine.

I'm glad you liked it too! I aimed to tell a story to hopefully stand out from the usual cinematic shots with slow motion footage attached.

I've watched quite a few of these and this one ranks up there with some of the best! Easy to follow (some of the ones that are great in many other ways can be difficult to follow), and your point of views and actions scenes were great, especially considering you're not a veteran at making these! I look forward to more!
one little critical word. The rescue team throws a frag grenade in the target building with the hostage although they didn't know in which room the hostage is hold.

Not to be too picky, because it was good, the second part was excellent with the smooth vehicle maneuvering etc. But the beginning kinda made me cringe, most of the soldiers stayed in the Enemy kill-zone, which would have made them easy picking for the artillery, their was little to no flanking which made we wonder how they killed the machine gunner, and the Chinook wouldn't have landed. Not only was the LZ Hot, but you have rpgs, machine guns and artillery fire, as well as being out numbered. Going in without air support or reinforcements would have been suicide, Also non of the mortars land on the soldiers, they didn't really move from their position and it was way off target. But other than that the second half was great.

I'll be picky too then. 1) *Marines, not Soldiers. 2) Kinda cringed when they called out "medic", Marine Corps has Navy Corpsmen.
Why didn't they man the Mk 19 on the Humvee?

Thanks man. A majority of it was filmed in multiplayer such as the firefight sequences and helicopter sequences but I did do some of the shots in the single player editor.

It was because I wanted to keep their identity associated with their gear as a majority of the faces in ArmA kinda look the same. Also, it was because I had my friends run the scene and we didn't have much time so we kinda just ran with the flow but thank you , I'm glad you enjoyed it :)
