Cost breakdown:
Rainbow Diamonds = referred to as Gems.
Option 1 - Guaranteed level 70 via Frag AND Scout Banner combo:
Go to Frag Banner (The banner with gems, NOT the green or purple tickets)
Single complete rotation (of 200 gems gets you 40 frags, 40 scout points)
x5 rotations available on frag banner
So 1000 gems gets you 200 Kuzan frags, 200 scout points.
Now you need another 600 scout points to unlock Kuzan from scout exchange
Go to the scout point banner (the one with gems, not red tickets)
Single complete rotation (of 220 gems gets you 62 scout points)
220 gems x 10 rotations = 2200 gems
62 scout points x 10 rotations = 620 points
But you do NOT need the 20 points, so you can ignore the final step in last rotation
So spend 2150 gems to give you 600 scout points
Grand Total = 3150 gems
Scout points = 800
Frags = 200
VS
Option 2 - Guaranteed level 60 via Scout Banner Only:
220 gems x 13 = 2860
62 scout points per rotation x 13 = 806
VS
Option 3 - Pray you get a copy before needing the guaranteed one.
