She is great artist. This concert was a part of HAIK documentary, where Aurora had day full of surprises and only knew that it will end with a concert (even did not know the setting of the concert). One of very cool and interesting Aurora documentaries. in this particular song she was also surprised with this male choir - you can even see a surprise on her face when they appeared :). She has only great songs after great, but I would recommend some of the "classic" Aurora performances: - "Lucky" live from Nidarosdomen - "All is soft inside" and "Churchyard" live from KEXP 2018 mini concert - Running with the Wolves (official video but there are also many great live versions) - It Happened Quiet live in The Current And much more :)

She’s self taught when it comes to singing and playing piano, she also plays guitar, mandolin and harp. She wrote it when she was 11 years old, and at that age she didn’t quite understand the meaning of the song. Wow, thanks for her description! I too am looking to play around with producing my own music. I have a handpan drum and am taking the baby steps to self teach myself. I have some piano background, but I need to refresh on my music theory again and then look into producing software. There is no rush with life. Just take the steps to get there :) and let intuition guide you.

😊👍 thanks for the reaction! This concert was the final of a tv show, where Aurora had been driven round and getting surprises all day. Haik means Hitchhike/getting a ride, in Norwegian. The male choir was the final surprise for Aurora, hence her surprised look when they joined in. Aurora has some great music videos, but I feel she really shines in her live performances. So I recomend if you're going to react to more Aurora, that you start with an earlier song. She her self has recomended people start with Runaway. I recomend you check out her live performance of Runaway at 2015 nobel peace prize concert.
"Haik" in Norwegian means "lift", as in give someone a lift in your car. Haik is a tv program where a celebrity is taken on a one day tour with a tv host. They take the celebrity to different planned events that are a surprise to the guest, in between interviewing the guest about their life and art. For Aurora, she knew that she would be performing a concert at the end of the day, just not where. The woods were on the grounds of a ruined monastery, near her home, that she spent time in when she was young. During the concert she heard testimonials from fans in the crowd about what her music means to them. Her parents were at the front of the crowd, also a surprise for her. She didn't know about the male choir showing up for "The Seed", you can see the surprise in her face. You want to watch the full version of the Haik documentary and concert.
