@@gawxboi And the crazy part about cinematography - it just keep getting harder and harder with every day of learning and shooting. All those creative choices/thinking about little details in lighting and framing is driving me crazy. It’s like there is no final destination in any aspect.

@@brobamba RUclips academy. Just watch everything and practice at home. I’d start from the videos like - how to light interior at night videos. Then move how to light them at day. Learn about soft and hard light. Bounce light/book light. What types of light exist like COB/panels/tubes.
How to control light with flags (black material).
Then learn everything about composition from photography and cinema. Rule of thirds/negative space/leading lines/framing and so on.
Don’t try to shot everything with camera in hands. Just use static tripod.

It is just the some basic principles of composition like frame in frame / leading lines / contrast of lights and shadows.
Requires brain training for a couple of years to start seeing all this automatically. Nothing magical in this.
The more you shoot, the better you notice all these moments in everyday life. I think thats Gawx's secret sauce.
@@antonzavarzin7208 totally agree! I’m more intrigued on where he gets his inspiration in certain shots, color grading, sound design etc. I’m curious on how he makes his creative decisions. He’s so talented that I feel like with a breakdown you could learn so much more plus the basics ya know?

Missed your uploads man. I guessed from the title where you filmed this. I must say that 'Burning' is a movie I rewatch quite often. It's one of those movies that leaves you with an unsettling feeling and you can't stop thinking about it for days. It's also beautifully shot.
