Just so you know, ratings in the draft are scaled by position. A 73-74 overall QB is similar in draft value is about the same as a 76-77 overall at other positions. DBs, TEs, and RBs are usually rated a bit higher than their value. Dev trait matters more than ratings to some extent with O-line, because it's very hard get a normal or start dev lineman to be really elite. Athleticism ratings are also scaled. Good speed for a reciever or DB is high 80s, so it isn't that bad. The difference between an 88 speed reciever and a 93 speed reciever isn't that big, especially in sim.
