I'd say a good 20 years worth ...not just any rabbit hole...but a hole to Wonderland
To answer your question at the end: yes, he absolutely has enough content for a rabbit hole that you can get lost in and love every minute of it. And I would highly recommend checking out his Netflix special "Inside" that this is from, either on your own or on the channel (preferably on the channel so we can follow along with you)!
EDIT: Like a few others have suggested, his Kanye Rant should probably be watched next to get a bit more context about his story before you dive into his most recent Netflix special.

His old videos and clips from his old specials are perfect for a rabbit hole, but his newest special "Inside" is extra amazing if you watch the whole special at once. My guy takes you for a ride on that one.
All the songs and videos in the entire "Inside" special were made by him himself in a single room in the small guest house in his back yard during the Covid lockdown of 2020. All of the lighting, set design, sound, ecetera, he did all by himself. Because lockdown. But none of the videos look the same at all, unless you look very closely and are like "hey, that's the same sized room with that one door there."
He started out on RUclips when he was a teenager making funny songs on his keyboard in one room, and kind of ended up back there in a sense. But he's been on a huge journey in between, with multiple tours and a huge amount of success.
"You, you... unstoppable watchable, your time is now your inside's out..." He's singing to Gen-Z content creators right there.
He's got tons of content out, you could totally deep-dive this. I'd recommend checking out "Kanye Rant (Can't Handle This)" next.
Is the rabbit hole deep? IS IT DEEP? This man was a 16year old RUclips OG. I would definitely recommend doing the special, on the channel. There is also a bonus special called The Inside Outtakes. They're both, like, weird, kinda sketch, comedy, and music. The only thing I'd suggest you do, first, is check out the Kanye Rant (Can't Handle This) video, then peep the comments, for the inevitable lore dump. Then Inside, then Inside Outtakes, then just go back about 15 years and go forward, from there.
Consider watching Bo's "Kanye Rant" before watching Inside. The rant is the final number in the special he did 5 years prior to Inside. Word is, Bo had a severe anxiety attack directly afterward that led to him disappearing from view for a few years while he figured things out. "Inside" is his return to performing and makes more sense, I think, when you know a bit of his backstory.

Hahaha oh, you have NOOOOOOO idea. ‘Comedy’ from this same special might give you a better taste of his brain’s inner workings. Or even his older stuff is so intricately planned and also self-controlled; We Think We Know You (the finale from ‘what.’), Kanye Rant, another one from this special called ‘Five Years’, my favorite ‘All Eyes On Me’, there are literally dozens
Dude, you’ve gotta jump down the Bo Burnham rabbit hole. I know a lot of artists have rabbit holes but Bo’s rabbit hole is insane. It’s a hell of a ride. Liked and subscribed to watch your journey.
Even though INSIDE is his newest special it’s a great place to start. It’s an incredible piece of art from start to finish. It won 3 Emmy’s and a Grammy and he did it all by himself.

I'm just putting it out there that he definitely has enough content. For that matter, he has enough good content. That rabbit hole goes pretty deep and his story is good to know about.

I got a lot I could talk about Bo, but to make it short yea keep it going and I'll be watchin. The man is great.
There is so so so much content (like 15+ years’ worth). If you start back at his very earliest stuff, you need to know that although a lot of his stuff was clever and funny, he regrets a lot of it because it was edgy and offensive. You may or may not like that older stuff, but Bo has really really grown as a person and an artist since then.
Not only is this from his special, it's a special he completely wrote directed, filmed and edited all by himself. Everything, literally, was his work and his alone

Also idk if I’ve mentioned him before but there’s a guy named “Vin Jay” that independent and got some pretty solid bars and a decent catalog.

If you like music comedy check out Tim Minchin. If you like sass he's even more perfect. Thank You God, Pope Song, The Good Book, and Ten Foot C*ck and a Few Hundred Virgins. All of those are humorous, amazingly written and performed, and do have serious undertones to them with great sass. He has songs such as White Wine in the Sun which are more serious. Other songs like Prejudice or Inflatable You are not very serious at all. I especially enjoy his solely serious appearances such as his 12 minute graduation speech entitled "9 Life Lessons". There is of course some comedy since that is who he is, but it is some really heartfelt points that he wants to get out to others.
I should point out that he is rather big. His best work on many songs come from his appeance with The Heritage Orchestra. He gives context before his performances and the orchestra behind him playing together with him is just amazing.
Bo's music is fantastic. I highly checking out the special this is from, the "Inside special". It's so good, as is his other stuff.

Folks will tell you to search for his older stuff, but my advice is the opposite. Start with his current special, Inside, because it explains so much of his older material. For me, seeing how he is now allowed me to pre-emptively forgive him for earlier material that would have otherwise been a turn-off, despite how incredibly dazzling his talent was, even as a kid. Just my two cents.
