- Birmingham Youth Sports Academy (BYSA) was established in 2002 as a voluntary organisation and offers football coaching to young people aged 6-18. This video showcases some of the people behind the organisation and celebrates the achievement of the founder Anwar Khattak who has been awarded a British Empire Medal (BEM) for his work.
