Especially since the Silver Crystal was at it's strongest point in that era and Moon Healing Escalation was 100x times more powerful than it was when Sailor Moon used it because of how weak the Silver Crystal became. Now that Sailor Moon advanced to Eternal Sailor Moon, the Silver Crystal came back to it's *original strength* and is on par with Queen Serenity usage.

The attack Starlight Honeymoon Therapy Kiss in the Manga purifies any evil. So because Galaxia's minions were abominations, they were all instantly destroyed by the attack..... except for Galaxia ofcourse. 😉
because its a healing power and sailor moon's wand heals them and if they say beautiful, that means they were completely healed, like in episode 194 where sailor tin nyanko we're only half finished by sailor moon's healing as a result of "Beauti..." only

In reality, it was Toei's way of marketing the *Holy Moon Chalice* to sell for merchandise since that Chalice is what makes the upgrade for the attack. Chibi Chibi is Galaxia's Star Seed (in the Anime) so Galaxia Good Counterpart gave Sailor Moon the powers to win the war against her evil side.
People complain about crystal having "weak attacks" but this was a huge step back for the original anime, I wish they'd just started with "silver moon crystal power kiss." She just spins the thing with some flashy lights, does the weakest spin move, and the name makes literally no sense, not to mention the clown music at the end that sounds like a track leftover from supers (meant for the dead moon circus) used in the wrong season.
