boutta do an extentison ( longer wider 2nd floor on my shed that has power n stuff its i have a huge back yard and i rather put that empty space to used all the time rather than rarely and rent out my main whole house if that makes sense.. beautiuful work
hi nice video lots of information, we recently brought a 1950 3-bedroom bungalow similar to this.I am planning to do an extension also. you said the cost is 44000 jest the labor cost or with the material really like to know thanks
Wow build cost was a lot cheaper than I thought. Did you buy it for £550,000 October 2020 and recently sold it for £1,075,000? Big profit congrats!!! 💰 👍
Im looking to build a small extension 5meters x 3.5m. theres no drains or electrical cables and its a new build property i have and the extension would start at the kitchen patio doors. Do you know what kinda price id be looking? Your house is fantastic! Any advice
These days you are looking around £2,000 per square metre for the structural part of the build; blockwork, drains, roof etc - so perhaps in the region of £35,000 plus VAT.
@@NicksHomeRenovations thanks.. All I would want is it yo ge wind and water tight and I'll do everything else within the extension. Quiet pricey I was thinking 20k at a push.. maybe I'd be better selling for a bigger house.
Congratulations my brother! Beautifully executed project. May the success long continue. Can i ask what an approximate costing would be on a double storey extension? In se london area. Just the structural aspect. Thanks.
suburbs are not supposed to look like that , it was nothing but a lot of mess . Plus I am pretty sure the *owners* will establish some kind of garden cabins etc in the garden , so he has not committed a crime
Just watched a bit of this for the first time. Looks like there will not be enough space between the house and neighbors on either side to get any kind of equipment or perhaps even garden furniture into the back garden if ever needed. I wouldn't want that problem in anything i bought.
lovely build and fantastic breakdown of costs. Really helpful, thanks Nick!
Amazing work and very informative video. Really appreciate you sharing the costs. You have given me inspiraton for my next project, thanks Nick.
Absolutely gorgeous and you did it all very economically. I wish you were in the US, I’d hire you and your crew. Thanks for the break down
That was compulsive viewing. Looking to move and may buy a project so fascinating to see the whole process. Great video.
Wow great and congratulations !
W’re still in the middle of nothing and we felt nervous after having had a very poor experience with previous traders.
Ooww YES, this is the video I have been waiting for :D

I believe it was with materials for the structural build part only!
Thank you very informative video!
Beautiful transformation! Wonder how much a whole house renovation would cost..

Depends upon the size of the extension £1500/£1750 per m2 in London
@@ABB-bw6tc thank you nick my bro. Is that fully complete or just structural? Thanks.
can you put before and after floor planning in a video

Please work out price per square meter, ie the total spend divided by 93 (92.9m2) ie £500 x 93 is £46.5K.
