The TDI used with Ground Balance OFF will only work in areas with little ground mineralization. With GB setting in OFF, everything will respond with a high tone. The Low and High tones are only active if GB switch is ON and the machine set to proper ground balance per Pulse Delay settings. If that is your local dealer he needs to read the manual or something LOL. If you take those settings here the machine would continuously sound off on the ground itself...too many minerals.
