Remember that you don't have shatter. While in a group there's absolutely no use in novaing the mobs before Flamestrike + Blast wave. Since FS + BW slow the mobs you can kite during the slow, then if an elite is (still) chasing you, you still have nova to save your ass (if not immune).

The thing i loved most about Vanilla (and TBC to some extend) was, that even with the next raid out, it was still kinda necessary to go to other Raids or even some of the dungeons. Cause particular items were just better for particular situations, classes or specs and it wasnt just "Next Tiers Items are better not matter what". Stats mattered more and so did previous items. Pretty much with WOTLK, besides Trinkets, you could trash all your stuff with the next tier, cause if an item had more iLVL it was almost always the better choice.
It made drops more meaningful in the end and also ensured, that you did not fall behind completly, when your stuff did not drop for an eternity. Like my fucking Hunter shoulders that never dropped but we could have equipped a whole raid with Tank shorts and Helmets...

I assume he does know how safe spots work... if mobs are close enough to melee ofcourse they still melee you and they won't deagro.

The spam button pressing on a 4-5 second spell-cast is SO annoying…. Anyone else cringe listening to spam button pressing unnecessarily? (Undiagnosed ADHD, or incompetence ?) In addition, claiming ethical streaming while also asking the entire chat “Can I split pull this mob????” Like how about ethically just play the game without a chat GPT equivalent response and play without outside interactions/people trading you discounted items or just take all the loot everyone is giving you. Seems pretty close to the same thing without strings attached.
