IF ONLY they will buff the heavy attack version of shield bash/full guard. I can't accept it does 13 damage equal to the Light version. Why did they nerf it?

I don’t see why flail uppercut and scutage collection should do the same damage when scutage actually hits externals. It used to be you choose between more single target damage or a chance to hit multiple people
