    Yeah and the thing is, a lot of people just don't have enough time or energy to learn it. The Finals requires you to learn gameplay mechanics that seem apparently similar to other objective based games but end up getting that much more complex because of the dynamism of the game flow, usually players aren't given that much control over their objective in the way this game does so they don't know what to do with it and one bad choice can end up in losing a tournament, it requires a level of critical thinking skills that isn't common in shooters and a game sense that has never been expected of gamers. Embark needs to do some LoL style of optional tutorial matches and video guides because people aren't absorbing just how complex the game truly is, many of the intricacies of the game are only discovered deep into the learning curve or through youtube videos. This is a game that can be learned if you're passionate enough, but that probably needs to be taught to those who can't understand it, for this reason Embark needs to make advertisements that serve as a mission statement to let everyone know that The Finals is not an ordinary shooter and it doesn't play like one, they must wear the gameplay on their sleeves and show it with pride, help people know how to play like League did with their iconic youtube ads.
    Players don't like to feel their intelligence is insulted, but the industry simply wasn't ready for a game like this to drop. A lot of players do need a helping hand to get The Finals.

    This game is incredibly difficult and demands a wide range of mechanical skills. You'd basically need to go to FPS-school to make The Finals easy to pick up. It has the TTK of TF2 and OW, the movement and small-team synergizing of Apex, the ability-juggling of OW AND the stronger recoil of CS or Val. On top of all this, the destruction mechanic adds an additional 5 layers of on-the-fly strategy, absolutely nuts. Games with skill ceilings like this live a long time, as long as they are given the love and support they need from the devs and the community.

    In my experience, I have never played a game, where I recognize so many players are just so completely horrible at it. From literally the worst aim I've ever seen, to people making the most obvious worst decision, like trying to manually revive a teammate in the middle of fire. Then to hear that there's petitions to remove things like the turret and stun gun, blows my mind. The problem isn't that these players are awful, it's that they believe their opinion on the game is equally valid as someone who has spent far more time playing, who is much better. If all you do is complain about the game, stop playing it, the community won't miss you.

    I think Thiixy was right on the money with this topic. Let Embark create a mode, or temporary rework, that turns the Finals into what Embark wanted originally. Personally, I think we would be happily surprised by what we would see. The current state of the game is heavily due to overwhelmingly negative feedback from both reddit and discord, and Embark wanting to make as many people happy as possible. So, I think it'd be fun. Even if it changes nothing in the long run or doesn't stick around.

  • @RGisOnline
    @RGisOnline 7 месяцев назад +6

    One major thing I think Embark should consider adjusting is the end-round spawns, because the last 30 seconds of a round, most likely when your team respawns, you will spawn across the map or extremely far away to the point where you might as well give up because you can't reach the cashout in-time and you can't really even try and steal it, and I hate that so much, instead of spawning us far away, at least give us a chance to get to the cashout so we can do something, and I know people are going to say "Well, that is the challenge that your team will face and that is what makes you value your life at the last 30 seconds and adds to the tension", but I don't think it works well and I don't think spawning you across the map is a great punishment so you can't get to the cashout is not a great or fair punishment in my opinion

    • @ospuze
      @ospuze  7 месяцев назад

      Personally, I think the spawning in ranked and non-ranked game modes should be the complete opposite. I know it sucks to be spawned super far away, but I personally feel like it's still too easy to just run up and grab free money. If it was consistent, at least you could prepare for it, and it'll add more value to things like sip, gateway, and even grapple. On the casual game modes, I definitely think people should spawn a lot closer.

You don’t have to always chase down that last player on 25 health, they don’t have teammates and aren’t gunna push 3 people. just run to the next cash out, getting cash is the point not kills

    dude finals players are absolutely braindead
    like the ultimate litmus test on whether or not someone is intelligent in the finals involves the following scenario:
    Gamemode, quick cash.
    Team A already made one cashout, and is currently about to secure the second cashout.
    No other teams have any cashouts. So the score is 1/0/0 (2 begin victory)
    Team A gets wiped. The cashout is available to steal.
    You begin stealing the cashout, this is the last window to begin stealing and if this is interrupted the game is over and team A wins.
    Team B for absolutely no reason charges in and prevents you from stealing. Thus ensuring that BOTH of you lose.
    When I see this happen I'm just in awe in how stupid people can be. Team B could have had a second chance at victory if they just let your team steal.

    I've seen so many clueless players it's not even funny. Although I'm surprised people don't intuitively understand the game's various mechanics and each class's roles based on loadouts, I guess majority of players aren't that used to variety of other games that they can understand Finals right away, especially since this game is free.
    As for nerfs, I think they really need to rework Light's Invisibility and Medium's APS Turret. Right now the most frustrating group to play against is 2 Medium & 3 Heavy, all spamming APS Turret & Shields. Even Glitch Grenade isn't enough due to APS Turret's extremely generous range.

    I agree with you on cloak for light, it has seemed too inconsistent. The fact that people claim that it's the only way to prosper as a light in competitive bad. Due to the nature of how quick it is to kill an enemy without them being able to respond is very powerful. I almost believe that light should have a delay from when they are able to uncloak to when they are able to shoot, just to give the person being attacked time to react(Granted I did rip that idea straight from tf2, where it isn't as chaotic as the finals, but it does seem to work. maybe a decloak sound too?).
    Personally I feel like light is in an odd spot, where as a flanking/ambush class, non light mains(especially beginners) will be mad at the class for being overpowered, when they were simply outplayed, and light mains will be frustrated, when they were at a statistical disadvantage because they were facing a head on battle. This leads to both sides being angry. The problem is that since light has all the fun movement tech and high risk high reward gameplay, it attracts a large amount of the beginners to the class(more light players in casual, less light players in comp).
    Granted, I haven't played the game in a little while, and most of the opinions i have stated are from things I have heard online, digested through my own thought process. I do think this video is really well crafted, and covers the state of the game very well. I really enjoy the optimistic view from this, which is kind of an outlier. Good video!👍

    yeah my argument has been that people just suck from the beginning lol. the subreddit it annoying too. most people who try to play light don’t understand how it’s supposed to be played and it’s true that they really never tell you. this game can’t really be taught, only learned. if you find yourself getting a lot of kills, but not winning, you have to switch up the play style. trying the same thing over and over and getting the same result while wanting something else is silly. it’s true that most people just don’t have the time to learn this game. it’s pretty evident in unranked.

    I agree I notice a lot of people don't seem to quite "get" the game. They expect it to follow the standards set by the other popular shooters. Its really hard to get players to understand the nuances of your game when it has complexity that scales with understanding... I'm sure even a lot of the devs don't actually *understand* the game's deep mechanics as much as the most skilled players - thats the same with most games. Only time can tell really. Over time Embark will learn how to communicate the game to people, and people will just learn naturally that this is a game that is not like others.
    I really kinda worry about them adding stuff like TDM because, while you're right about it being able to help people practice, I wonder if it could just actually reinforce the wrong ideas on how the game is played. I mean how could players truly learn the unique aspects of The Finals in a gamemode that doesn't even take advantages of them? And if the gamemode DID take advantage of them, it may not be 'traditional' enough for those types of players to really stick around long enough. I'm sure they could manage it if they worked hard enough on it... but I personally think they should just lean harder into standing out against other games but somehow be more overt about it. Like let players know that this is NOT like your typical shooter and *thats why its so good*. The fresh gameplay is the strength of The Finals in my opinion.

    you are right about many things, but unfortunately the biggest point ranked is not considered.
    Too complex for new players the cash management alone, there are too many random parameter spawns third party, teams will grief you out 3 teams vs 1 team, cash defend value is a joke for 120sec, the first 6min you can also go afk because the vaults are worth nothing. SBMM is too stupid to distinguish between SoloQ and duo player vs full stacked. As long as you don't play the game alone without disadvantages it won't have any success. I myself have played 700h and 2 accounts dia+ and all betas from cb1 to ob.
    i don't even want to know how shitty it is to start over and play ranked because you don't know anything and the bad matchmaking. And three stacks have an ultra-advantage in the game especially after all the weapon nerfs and 80% of the ability's reward team play. Embark won't realize that gunplay needs to take center stage until it's too late.
    Right now we're on the road to a shitty shild, abilities overwatch game, with 30000 abilities but with shitty feeling weapons!

    I'm not a big fan of classic modes... I started playing the finals because of its original modes and with terminal attack, despite most of the mechanics are 100% The Finals, the game feels a lot more like CS2. In the end I don't want The Finals to adapt and fall under the umbrella of other shooters but I want it to be unique as it is now.
    It could be more friendly on casual players, but even if you give casuals a mode like DM how does it prevent pros from playing that mode and so still ruining the experience for causals?
    What I mean to say is that The finals rotates a lot more around team cordination compared to other competitive shooters. You can still get an Ace in CS2 or R6 but it is a lot harder even to win a 1v2 in the finals.

    First of all, I really enjoyed the video and your input on the game. Not only because I can agree with so much, but these kinds of videos for the game are really invaluable to the overall morale of the game and its playerbase. The game feels like its in a great place rn, and def deserves more attention from the fps community as a whole. The idea of a "meat-grinder" mode is a great idea for new/less skilled players, but i also think there needs to be a similar solution for the greater skilled players that are leaving. I think having more ranked game modes would help with this a lot. Ranked power shift, or terminal defense, where each gametype comes with its own rank separate from the other gamemodes would help a decent amount. I think back to Halo 3, how could get a different rank for each competitive playlist there, between swat, team slayer, team objective, etc.

    I think cloak will be removed in Season 3 similar to recon in Season 2. My guess is they'll replace it with a prop hunt style cloak where you change into an object in the arena. Embark mentioned working on something like that in the AMA they did recently and I think its really likely given all the nerfs and discourse about how "unfair" it feels. With prop cloak you still get to be sneaky and ambush people out of nowhere, but with more counter play.

    As someone with no background in shooters... This game is great!
    Theres plenty of weapons where it feels like im not expected to get 100% headshots (or that its not needed to be effective).
    Ive managed to climb to plat 3 with heavy grenade launcher and its honestly been super fun to learn all about this janky weapon and how to succeed with it. Genuinely dont think it needs too much changing to be an okay weapon. Like, make the ads have a laser line (if they could put the bounce in too, that would be great) since aiming down sights is genuinely useless on it. Would bring up the skill floor a lot imo, gives people a way to learn the arc way faster. And maybe just a slightly faster reload.
    I mentioned earlier that i dont play shooters, but i do play fighting games from time to time and i think that really helped with my mentality. Trying to avoid thoughts like "this is bullshit, its so unfair" and just thinking "What could i have done there?" Instead.
    Going for ceiling bounces instead of floor bounces against a dash light for example.
    Another part of this is sorta moving away from the easy out of it being my weapon/characters fault.
    Asking myself "Would i have died there with another weapon?" And "did i need to be in this situation?" And such is a great way to process and learn.
    Another fighting game mention...
    Nerfs! Nerfs are pretty important. Theres the occasional joke about if everything is broken, nothing is, but this doesnt typically hold true. Some things will universally be more broken than others.
    Furthermore, things that are "broken" typically feel awful on the recieving end, and people are far better at picking up on the negative side than the positioves of their own broken tools.
    Also, the buff never nerf mentality. I dislike it. Nerfs are a part of the game devs toolkit. They should be used.
    Back to the game itself... I do think the game might over favor heavy at the current moment. Heavy is seemingly a slow closer range class, but the game has several gamestates where you are forced into closer ranges (which is why sniper struggles, even if you know that the crouch hipfire reduction is pretty steep). Heavy additionally has great tools for staying alive - which is probably the most important aspect of the game.

    100% I agree with the statement that this game presents itself as a casual run around, blow stuff up, pew pew COD/BF:BC mix up but in reality it's not. It's much closer to a game like Overwatch back in 2018, yeah you can run around and dps and take fights casually and maybe get a cashout etc but once you go up against an organised team all of a sudden it's totally overwhelming, you can barely get a kill, there's a heavy charging you down, a medium with a heal beam planted firmly in the heavies ass and maybe a lights popping up out of thin air bursting you down and you think "where's my own team, wtf are they doing? oh they're dead just like me, well GG".
    The game needs a casual mode not just for beginners to learn their own abilities but also for returning players to just jump into and have a few games without the pressure of objective based game modes with long respawns etc, I hope they add a TDM or DM mode at some point, it's un-inspired but it'd be healthy for the game overall I think

    It might be down to settings, but I feel like light cloak is extremely easy to see, especially since the cloaking sound is hella loud. When I hear that sound, I just calm down, look around, and usually a Light player will just be running head first into me and get beamed.
    The only situations where it's nearly as useful as it should be is in high intensity scenarios where you can't keep track of the invis players, like when you get 3rd partied.

      the core of the game is fundamentally unbalanced, from classes, to allowing 3 of the same class, to weapons/ to map design of breakable everything/ to cashouts to being able to steal the cashout last minute and then be rewarded full for minimal time holding objective, abilities/ spawn zones/ cashout locations/ health and abilities they are all unbalanced, and they can't be balanced, the very concept of this game is unbalanced, no matter what changes they make the core gameplay itself is unbalanced, the whole core needs to scrapped and redone for any real balance to come. no matter what nerfs come its always pure unbalance, like shooting a rocket and directly impacting him when he turns the corner and doing less that 53 damage to him but 252 to myself.. pure balance, when you walk into a room and theres 3 turrets that shred 200 hp in half a second, balance, entire buildings collapsing in 2.2 seconds because a heavy decided to take out a single pillar on the bottom floor, not being able to change loadouts in ranked, can completely be countered with no counter play based on certain loadouts where you physically can't fight a team, you 100% lose every time no matter how you approach the situation, these are things that make the game not sustainable fuck the skill gap of lower and higher players, the games fundamentally unbalanced for people at the same level.

    In TF2, spies can freely go completely invisible in order to get instakills or ambush. This is balanced out by spies not being able to instantly go invisible or instantly leave invisibility and attack. It takes about a second to go invisible, a second to leave it, and it makes a sound cue. Spies become partially visible when they take damage or bump into someone. Much of the time, the spy got the kill because the enemies were distracted. There's actual counterplay.
    All the finals needs to do is to create a delay between leaving invis and being able to fight.

    I have a couple of friends that tryhard at every single game they touch and i keep telling them about the finals and sending them my clips but they just refuse to play because they feel like its not worth it to learn all of this for a game with "such a small player count", especially in the age we live in where everybody wanna be insane twitch streamer/esports pro with a huge audience fast. Some people are just naturally good and theyre not even trying their best, but to others they think theyre 'sweating'. I love The Finals, to me is the most refreshing arcade shooter and mode (Cashout) I've played in years. I love the TTK and the dynamic destructible environments, it reminds me of Rainbow Six Siege. The only thing I hate about it is when I have to face a team that consists of 3 mediums, and each one has turrets 😐 I know the glitch grenade is the counter but they usually place the turrets far away from each other, so it doesnt really do much 🫠

    I think one of the most important and underrated factor for a competitive shooter to succeed is characters. For the past decade Overwatch, Apex Legends, Valorant succeeded to build their own playerbase while some games like Hyper Scape completely died despite having a good start. It's nearly impossible for games to have perfect balancing, so even when the developers are godlike there's gonna be a time where they struggle to make a fun meta for everyone(or the majority of people). I think this is where characters get handy. Even when the current patch is very mid or not good enough, people will still play the game if they have a character that represents their personality, play style, etc. If Apex Legends, Valorant, Overwatch, The Finals were struggling to make a good meta at the same time, people will go to play Wraith, Jett or Genji rather than playing Light or Medium.
    If a game publisher that doesn't have an OG brand like CoD or Counter Strike wants to make a live service shooter game, I definitely think they should make characters with unique personality's for their game if they wanna succeed in a long term. One single good patch isn't gonna be enough for The Finals to be great again imo.

    Great video! Very interesting insight. My 2 cents on how embark could potentially balance the light class between casual and ranked would be to slow down the sword animation + fix the animation cancel bug, extend glitch grenade to last 8-10 sec, extend stun to 20m but retain the same stats applied as it is now, and give lights 50 more hp.
    This would effectively prevent the most toxic casual meta for light classes, but allow light to be a valuable pick in ranked, as light have so many crucial counters to the heavy classes absolutely dominant abilities in ranked, even with the stun gun nerf, but their hp is so low that they become a liability in ranked matches.
    To some degree they would become a slightly weaker medium, with faster movement, more capability to roam and gather intel, and have a better capacity to live and slow res teams preventing wipes and economy loss.
    Having a tighter max health window between all classes (200,250,350 for example) could make the game more enjoyable for both casual and ranked.

      The only thing not mentioned about increasing the HP of light in this comment is the average ttk and dps they have on other classes due to their weapons.
      L also think light HP needs to go up a bit to maybe 175, but here is the thing to consider, when doing a HP increase like this they gotta increase the ttk of their weapons across the board,not by much though, and with those dps nerfs also increase sustain through reload speed buffs or mag size increases for most weapons, otherwise they are gonna be mega strong in 1v1s through cheer stats. If done wrong it can easily break the class.
      If done properly the class will have more Frontline presence, be less punished for bad line of sight usage and weaker at insta-deleting unaware enemies.

    • @F3-Educ.
      @F3-Educ. 7 месяцев назад +1

      Yep great points regarding hp buff vs ttk nerfs. Having played counter strike for a very long time I’ve been trying to figure out why there is such difficulty balancing the weapons and classes between between ranked and casual in the finals, and I eventually landed on the HP disparity across the classes being one of the strongest differences between the finals and games like counter strike. Obviously in competitive tac shooters the Meta will eventually shift towards the highest dps while sacrificing HP as little as possible, increasing survivability.
      So I think the issue with light is that you are generally costing the team as a unit so much survivability in the moment of contact with another team, and replacing it with potential (non guaranteed) survivability by preventing team wipes if you are a good enough player.
      To make light desirable in general though embark needed to give light the highest effective dps values, which makes them so unbalanced in casual, and so difficult to preference in ranked due to their general inability to be safely involved in initial contact with other teams.
      So with that in mind I think at least one way to balance the preference picks for both game modes would be to increase HP, reduce ttk, and effectively turn them into a role which can counter heavy shields, and heal beaming, whilst be capable of gathering info. So effectively a slightly faster medium, which can more effectively deal more damage at range than the other classes, and have their abilities specced less for dps, and more for ability countering and info gathering

    • @F3-Educ.
      @F3-Educ. 7 месяцев назад +1

      One final note about increasing every classes ttk to counter light having potentially more HP is that I think embark may be worried about reducing the games general ttk so that it turns into another CS, R6S, or Val, where all players can effectively die within 1 second.
      Even though I would love guns like the AKM and FCAR to be buffed by 2-3 damage per bullet to be able to compete with the a higher HP light class, I think that would potentially be going against what embark envision for the play style of the game.
      A better solution might be to generally nerf the ttk of the light class, AND nerf the TTK of the Lewis gun by 1 or 2 damage so that the AKM and FCAR are not as bad as they feel now against heavies.
      A balance like this for weapons across all classes would definitely put more emphasis on the users skill with utility, abilities, and individual/team position to win out fights faster, instead of pure aim winning duals.

    Love your videos man. Tbh I love this game so much but I am at a point of frustration that is driving me away from the game for the first time. I've been playing a lot since day 1 and love the ranked grind. Currently Diamond 2 and top 1000. But the level to which the Heavy class is so much stronger than both Medium and Light right now is driving me crazy. In high elo diamond lobbies, the meta is undeniably HHM- and the amount of firepower it takes to overcome TWO sets of 350 HP + Dome Shields you can shoot through(!) + Mesh Shield/Charge and Slam + Barricades + RPGs for every engagement + C4 + all while both are getting pocket healed by their Medium... I mean... brother it is absolutely OPPRESSIVE. and it's not fun. Then when it comes down to actual gunskill in a fight, the Heavy class' top weapons have a HIGHER dps than ANY of my weapons as a Medium main... the pre-nerf FCAR was the only reason Mediums could kill Heavies consistently. Those days are gone and WAY too often am I dying to a Heavy that is less skilled than I am- not even trying to sound arrogant. It's just true. I enjoy high TTK games. I really enjoy the uniqueness of The Finals, but jesus man if they don't do something soon to fix how broken Heavy is in the current state of the game, then I'm out.

    People were flaming for strong Mediums with heals+defibs while they can deal massive damage with the single gun that also has a red-dot - Embark nerfed FCAR;
    People were angry because stun gun was just a free-kill-ticket, and cloaking device was OP on maps like Horizon - both got nerfed.
    And people were like "damn, thats bad, I cant just abuse all the shit ive had" so yeah, git gud, adapt, compete.

    Great video overall, I think your analysis of what does not need to change and what they need to improve or work on was fantastic, rather than the typical "THE FINALS IS DYING" type video which honestly doesnt help with anything. As someone who never played any fps very seriously and then finding The FINALS, loving it, and reaching diamond in both season 1 and 2, I can see how maybe people who have played other fps titles and have expected the same style of gameplay would be surprised at the complexity of the FINALS. As someone new to the genre, I was willing to give it a try and adapt. Even to this day, I still find high ranking players who have no clue how much money a player elimination gives you, or that starting a cashout gives you an additional 2k. There is definitely a learning curve, and being able to constantly think of various outcomes that could end with you either winning or losing on the fly is a challenge. I hope Embark improves upon this and makes the FINALS the game that not only they want to succeed, but for us gamers who hope it thrives.

      Thank you, and congratulations on Diamomd! I think this game will eventually see some light once more players start to see how solid and dynamic the game is. Wiping is important. I feel like a team with the least number of deaths is more likely to win than the team with the most kills, lol.

    When it come to balancing, people only look at whether or not something is strong or weak when another important factor is how it feel to play as and against weapon and gadget. So I feel like most of the nerf so far is justified (although may be a little much)
    That said.
    As a diamond 2, I think you’re right about how the patch to improving in the final isn’t very clear.
    games like Rainbow Six Siege, each death provides a learning opportunity, whether it's discovering a new angle that teaches strategic movement or observing a teammate's effective use of a gadget. But When it come to the final, even simple things like fire can put out gas grenade and smoke can put out fire isn’t taught in the game. Now don’t quote me, but I don’t think there’s even a cooldown listed anywhere on the game.
    This led me to believe that the final could benefit from incorporating brief, informative tips similar to those in TF2 that clarify abilities and gadget functions.
    • Sometimes, it's strategic to die before the cash out to only incur a 30% penalty on a smaller amount.'
    • 'When you see a heavy use an RPG. Let your light teammate know so that he can confidently close the distance.
    • 'Did you know stealing takes a full six seconds? Sometimes, it's safer to eliminate all threats before approaching the cash box.'
    • 'Earning cash isn’t only about defending during the cash out. Just opening a vault nets you a thousand more to spend, or two thousand if you deposit the cash box.'
    • 'The game might seem like another shooter, but it’s really a battle royale. Keep moving to avoid getting pinched by two teams. CASHBOX can be retaken, lives can’t '
    • 'The scoreboard isn’t just for bragging. It shows who’s alive and who’s not in real-time, which helps you gauge the positions of other teams.'
    • 'Stick together-three guns are better than one.'
    All important informations that omitted in the game and that I can tell you with a 95 percent confident that even people in gold never came close to learning.

    • @ospuze
      @ospuze  7 месяцев назад

      All of those tips would work perfectly on a loading screen. I agree, things like stun wasn't OP, but it was definitely not fun to go against. RB6S was my jam.

    100% I believe a good 65% of players don’t know how to play the game because they rely purely on gun skill. Most mediums don’t even know how to utilize defibs properly and it gets their teammates killed a lot. This game purely revolves around quick thinking and communication

    Really like your videos, and you have great viewpoints I agree with. I haven't played The Finals in a couple of months because I was so frustrated with the randoms I was getting teamed up with. The general lack of awareness and playing the objective was too aggravating for me, so I uninstalled. When I got a chance to play with a couple of my buddies, it was a great time, but I wanted to play more than them, so ended up grouping up with people who appeared to be playing their first FPS game, and didn't understand working together, teamplay, or general strategic decisions.
    I haven't experienced too many of the nerfs you pointed out, but I do follow the game through your videos and the subreddit to keep a pulse on how it's going. I may reinstall some day, but my issues with the game were probably more genre-specific or multiplayer specific problems, rather than ONLY The Finals -- ended up installing lots of RPG, single player, and co-op to have a more relaxing time gaming, rather than getting frustrated with poor teamplay. I think this game scratched a FPS itch I hadn't been able to replicate in over a decade, but the frustration during a competitive match being lost due to out of control factors was just too stressful.
    I hope the game continues to improve so the community is dedicated, so when I return, I can pick up where I left off.

    One of my takes on the finals is remove cloak and replace it with recon it makes more sense for light to have it, light is a glass cannon n its easy to die them having info were people is will benefit them and the team not only will light be able to get easy picks with it they can use it to stay hidden and move around and position better
    Light already has vanish bomb so invis won't be completely removed and you can use vanishing bomb on teammates so imo better than cloak bc it helps the team out
    Edit: they could Also give light a stim pistol as a replacement for cloak (like doc's stim pistol in R6) but instead of healing it makes you move faster/steal faster but takes 50 hp and you can also shoot your teammate and make them move faster and then replace thermal vision with recon making recon a gadget for light it'll pretty much work the same as thermal but doesn't stay for as long

    • @ospuze
      @ospuze  7 месяцев назад +2
