That cured me of believing in vaccines. Though I had been suspicious before, I now knew something was wrong with vaccines. Lately I have seen several people go to the hospital, and they are dead within a week or so....my sister, then her son, who was younger than me, and another friend of mine, who was only 54. “Trust the science” is a statement that has always confounded me. If you said “Trust me I’m a lawyer”, we’d all fall about laughing. But “Trust me I’m a scientist” is somehow unimpeachable? I told them that I had experienced a punctured lung in a car accident and I couldn’t breathe with my nose and mouth covered. I was treated like a criminal because I refused to wear masks. Except I was in one store wearing a mask and I nearly passed out before I reached the checkout and when I took the mask off I could actually breathe. So the manager told me that I did not have to wear a mask in his store. So forget that one size fits all business.

The undermining of "Science" has been an ongoing and reasonably successful campaign by Big Tobacco (Starting in the 1950s), to big oil/Big Food, nowadays, to undermine any/general science, and thus climate science by extension. If Big Oil etc can muddy the waters by confusing the untrained, then they can all merrily continue to draw big salaries and bonuses for another while... similar to how it took 50 years for Big Tobacco to finally admit that their product was killing people. Big Oil is doing the same thing, and Bid Food also has a dog in the fight. The interests of these 3 very powerful groups, along with others, publicized and driven forward with fanfare by Main-Stream-Media (Fox etc), and legislated for/or not legislated for as the lobbyists' cases may be, have all converged on undermining their arch enemy - the truth via scientific process. The people who would be damaged most by the confusion campaign being waged are ironically the least able financially, health-wise, and otherwise, to fend against this concerted onslaught by the ultra-powerful global lobbyists for Big Tobacco, Big Oil, Big Food (& Beverage).

I have a complex innate immune problem from living in a building that had toxic mould under the floor. I didn't know it was there, had know idea why I was getting sicker and sicker, and the medical system put me through the wringer. Everything from "Why don't you want to go to work? Don't you like your job?" To "You have anxiety. You're just focusing on problems that most people wouldn't worry about".
When I realised that mould was somehow involved, I told my GP what I thought was going on and she said to me "Now you know that this is just your anxiety making you think that you're sick whenever you see mould?"
After 20 or 30 of some of Sydney's best doctors and specialists, I had enough and went to a naturopath. He told me what I had straight away. I had bloods to confirm it and then I found a doctor who deals with mould induced immune problems.
While wondering how the hell this 9 year odyssey of watching my life fall apart around me had happened, I learned that the medical authorities in Australia are absolutely insistent that there is no such thing as mould induced illness. Why? Because the most heavily populated east coast of Australia is rampant with mould. It's the perfect climate. Upto 20% of public housing is thought to be affected, and 10% of buildings in general. If mould could make people sick then it could open up an unholy number of lawsuits against public housing, as well as the politically sensitive middle class investor. So consequently: In Australia, mould cannot affect your health and your doctor will be quite happy to have a laugh and give you a referral to a psychologist if you think it does.

I think Dr. Dhand has said similar in another video here on RUclips. Do not leave it too late to attend Dr to have a new onset symptom assessed. Sometimes waiting only a couple of hours can be enough to really negatively affect the outcome of a newly presenting problem that someone has. When I next saw the doctor, he asked about the drug, and I told him it never knocked me out and in fact I couldn't sleep that night because I was hyper. He accused me of lying. Why would I lie about that? There was nothing to gain by lying. But gaslighting me worked better for him than facing the paradoxical effect I had.

I use to work for a Healthcare Insurance company. Doctors, Hospitals, and Clinics are expected to meet certain metrics, when they contract with the insurance company. That is why there is such a push for "preventative" tests by Doctors. There is the expectation that a certain percentage of the patients will have pap smears, colonoscopies, vaccinations.
Medicare is also a big perpertrator of this also. If the Doctors are not meeting their metrics, their contracts may not be renewed with Medicare.

Actually, today, in the fields of human physiology and genetics, it is known that some people have up-regulation/expression of caffeine receptors and down-stream metabolic pathways, and some have down regulation/expression of this family of receptors / pathways. It is known that some people are largely unaffected by the caffeine, and why that would be the case (PS. it is genetic in the first instance - caffeine receptor degree of expression, and form (in relation to proteins, form equals function), compounded by environmental interaction - That is, continued exposure to the caffeine chemical impacts upon it effects physiologically). Interestingly, studies show that coffee is associated with longer healthier life, in a linear dose response link - the more the better outcome up to 5 cups I believe, and it has nothing to do with the caffeine. Associations with increased Coffee intake are lower BOP, stroke risk MI, various cancers, Type 2 diabetes, obesity, etc.. etc... It has the appearances of a health food it would seem. All studies are limited to a certain number of individuals, they cannot possibly study the entire global population. That is why it is so frustrating that doctors say you couldn't possibly be experiencing a side effect from a particular medication. You absolutely can! I have a science degree, and I did research for pharmaceutical companies after graduating. I then went into pharmaceutical sales. I had a doctor tell me that she told a patient that her complaint was not a side effect from my drug. Fortunately, she put her patient on something else, but when she told me what she said to her patient, I was appalled. Doctors cannot possibly know every side effect every patient will suffer, and it is arrogant to think that they could.

The problem continues to be that too many General Practitioners and Specialists forget many things they learn't after graduation. They rely on their specialisation.$$$. Very few want to go beyond their specialisation, and don't even apply critical thinking skill when confronted with nonsense in evidence based medicine. As I type this comment, I consulted a complementary therapist that so far seems orientated to what I am seeking in healthcare. Early days yet to comment more. My medical history has proven that when you visit to many General Practitioners and Specialists, the sickness won't improve if you don't insist on a working partnership and network. One illness develops into another and someone takes advantage of your ignorance and ignorance of your family. Evidence based medicine is not immune to prescribe, refer and administer the wrong treatments and surgeries.

My doctor prescribed me tramadol for severe pain. I have severe arthritis . After a certain time, I began to notice that tramadol stopped my urination almost completely for at least 10-12 hours. When I told the doctor about this, the answer was -this can’t be, I’ll Google it now. In front of me, he opened Google, entered the information and said -it doesn’t say this can happen, I’ve never heard of this. To which I said that I have had this for several months already, so that is why I take tramadol extremely rarely and have to be in so much pain most of the time i without a painkiller. And the outcome is always the same when I take tramadol - stops urination. The doctor doesn't believe me. This is so sad, it's insulting, especially when you are forced to endure such severe pain.😞

My experience with holistic things that work for me is that doctors often look at you like you're pathetic and say that if that is working it's probably psychosomatic. It doesn't matter to me if it's psychosomatic as long as it works. My brain helping it to work is fine.

Hmm… like when multiple Dr’s told me that benzodiazepine withdrawal (prescribed for months for anxiety, which is contraindicated) can’t last more than 6 months and I couldn’t possibly be having all these horrific symptoms due to that. They were wrong!!Psychiatry and psychiatric medication ruined my life. I’m tapering off the poison now and it’s been a nightmare! Thanks for telling the truth! 🙏🏻❤️

A series of GPs made my life a misery over this last year because they wouldn't give me a short 5 day course of certain drug, because I have a certain ailment and the book said don't. The problem I needed it for became progressively worse. They wanted me me use a certain other drug on a daily basis which all varieties of turned me into a zombie by day 3. One of those gave me a severe side effect from it, an it didn't do the jjob anyway. Now I have two problems instead of one. It's a big job to fix myself up again. I am so so so angry. I am having to relocate to where I can find some alternative practitioners who will help me to fix myself. I've given up on trying to find a good doctor. That's the short story.

    So…. I’m posting it again.
That’s exactly what happened to me during Covid. A hospital doctor was pushing me to get the Covid “vaccine” and I said no because of an adverse reaction I had had as a child to a three in one diphtheria, whooping cough, tetanus vaccine. The adverse reaction being that I was hospitalized for eleven days, spending the first three in a coma. I was diagnosed with toxic encephalitis. I am lucky to be alive, many didn’t survive.
I did not get the Covid “vaccine”!!!

I have actually been quite harmed over the years by doctors just “following the evidence “ and not thinking. I am a zebra 🦓 health wise and having doctors that don’t think critically has been.
After researching online for years about my chronic illness, I realize now, that so many studies are flawed ❤

Thank you! The last time my husband went to the doctor I sent a business card size note for him to practice before he goes and if need be just have it close by for reference. His doctor always nagged him to get on a statin. We went on the ketogenic diet 8 years ago. Not only did his cholesterol plummet from 320 to 180…his weight went from 220 to 185. And the doctor is STILL nagging. We practiced the comeback on statins before his appointment. Love this video. People need to take it all in. After all, it’s my body - my choice!

One of the sinus and allergy dprays was prescribed and after about day 4 was causing me to have to use the rest room multiple times a day. I had to stop using it. It was the only thing that changed and within two days I was back to my normal. When I told the doctor about it, he said that it was impossible because the medicine wasn't supposed to be able to reach other parts of the body like that. I tried it again and sure enough. For me, it was an answer to constipation and a strange side effect. He accepted it and we deemed me as his special patient. Lol. Lo and behold, I did eventually find and showed him that other people also had the same reaction even though it wasn't a reported side effect in the published evidence-based literature.

In 2010 my GP confirmed my suspicions of being insulin resistant and immediately pulled out his script pad to start my metformin journey. Well I sidestepped that and never returned to him but focused on a healthier lifestyle and ongoing research. What I found is my adrenal system malfunctioned due to chronic stress and trauma which affects insulin levels and I took a natural remedy route. I'm now 63, my health is in reasonably good condition and has not been destroyed by chronic meds side effects. I believe that for the most part chronic conditions are brought about by lifestyles that are incompatible with our natural way of being. 😊

This is so very true in my life. I am very very sensitive to any type of medication or supplement. It ranges from stomach pain, joint pain to swollen eyes and lips with itching. Sometimes the reaction is the next day, sometimes it takes weeks or month to really feel a full blown reaction. I was told by an allergist NP that this is not possible and it is not normal and I was not really having any type of allergic reaction since it was not an anaphylactic reaction. I have come to really hate the term "that is not normal" Who really knows what goes into our medications. I also know others who can take the a prescription from one pharmacy and do ok, but not from another pharmacy who uses a different manufacturer. This was true for me but because some of us don't fit into their idea of what is NORMAL, then anything we say about what happens to our body's is not true and we are just being difficult. Also, I strongly believe, each time we are given a medication that we react to, it changes our body and we become less able to tolerate other medications and it also takes longer for our body's to heal from these reactions.

Most Doctors are captive to the training they received and unless they are open minded ignore patient input that is not conducive to that training. I was having trouble for a while with my eyesight and how my eye focused. I eventually tried an experiment on myself while driving. I would focus on the license plate of the car in front of me and allow the car to slowly move away while keeping the letters and numbers in sharp focus. Eventually I added to the concept and my focus returned to normal after several months. When I asked my doctor of internal medicine about this he acted like this can't be and had me take an eye test administered by his nurse. I suppose he was expecting subpar eyesight as the result. Once the test was completed he was surprised that my eyesight was 20/20.

Yup, I've had a cup of coffee at night many times because it relaxes me no matter what the doctors say. Ive run into a few other folks who say the same but usually theyre from a different country.
And many years ago a new antibiotic came out. Im usually pretty healthy but with 2 young children I got pretty sick quite a bit that winter. This new med kicked butt, within 3 days my symptoms were nearly gone but I also had a severe & weird new symptom; reported it to doctor's office, they didn't want to hear about it. Talked to pharmacist & got a kinda explanation that seemed it could be logical but was nothing I'd ever heard before. Symptom went away but then I got sick again, took same med, same thing happened. Doctor flipped through info on the drug & told me my symptom wasnt listed with the attitude therefore it didn't exist. Third time I took it, same thing happened only this time it never fully went away. So for decades I've had this weird, low level symptom that flares up from time to time that no doctor can explain but it definitely isnt from that drug even though I never had it before I took it. But what do I know?

Yes, everyone is unique and I agree that one size doesn’t fit all. I am familiar with what you’re saying Dr. Dhand. For example #2, my come back to the doctor would be to ask what other alternatives there are to the annual injection he/she is recommending? If they can’t answer that question, I start looking for a new doctor. What other solutions do we have as patients to find compassion, knowledgeable doctors out to help us with our best interests in mind? Maybe make a video on that for your viewers.
