The 30 second delay on live match is because you could have a friend observe and then tell you what your opponent is doing at any given moment. Delay makes that less useful
Yeah that's what I figured, but then why doesn't the live observing start at the beginning of the game? 30 second pause and then load into the middle of the game seems worse for stopping cheating.

Retreat to your base defensives, so long as you don’t risk your harvesters. But you have multiple ores to harvest. Switch it up.

It feels like this is one of those games that's super fun among your friends when you're all kind of mediocre at it. But the moment you get to higher levels of play, it optimizes out all the fun and it's just light tank slugfests with sold CYs which guarantees the round can never get more interesting when it comes to army composition, base layout, etc.
i believe you gotta watch the video again. this was rank 1 vs rank 2 gameplay. it was nowhere close a light tank slugfest. the MCV is not sold too early a single time, it was only sold when it had no use anymore. i advise you to use your eyes and comment. not follow the majority who doesnt have a clue about what they r talking about. Its always the same bs. 'light tanks light tanks' even when there are no light tanks in the whole video i see those original comments. its getting pretty annoying....
There were light tanks in a few of those rounds, then they transitioned to medium. Most of these high level games do follow the same general script, so I'm not sure why you're telling this person they don't know what they're talking about when they aren't wrong...
@@wulftk no way he's right. not even close.i was talking about the same old original comments about light tanks. even when there are no light tanks in the whole video these heroes comment with 'light tank slugfest' its quite a bit difference between 'when you get to a higher level of play it will become a light tank slugfest' and 'a few games with lights where they transitioned to mediums'. this was rank 1 vs 2, how higher can it get. i mean what can i say if you don't know when to use lights and when to use mediums...
