I will get back to you! I can't remember. I drilled the baffle out as it was non removeable. I haven't done much recently but fitted some heated grips last night on a friends bike so will upload that, also fitted a complete exhaust system on a friends bike so just in the middle of editing that! Did you find that when you removed the Honda bar end weights from inside the bars, the vibration through the grips got a lot worse? I did the same as you but found the vibration to be much worse
how did you install it in the throttle grip by screwing them in to keep it stable, the throttle grip remains stuck! how did you install it?
There should be a spacer, it gives a small clearance between the throttle and the mirror. I'll try and take a photo.

Not really Russell. Thanks for asking. The Louis Moto inserts did a decent job of taking most of that away. There is some, but not excessive.
