Change your settings in ultimate team menu so clock goes to 10 seconds. Run inside zone. Chew clock. Go down before first downs. If your team is much better and you're not worried about losing, let the game be 0-0 in the 2H so computer doesn't call time outs. Score on final play or with a few seconds left to be safe. You can get them done in an hour this way
