Funny you should mention feeding it into an ad plant. Has anyone got any idea of the value per m3 the fiber would be to an ad plant. Just wondering if it could go some of the way of justification to the hourly rate.
Makes a great job, wonder volume ways how much it removes? Costly?pros n cons?maybe missing something but cows are still producing fibre in your now separated tank? But is it capable of pumping straight out to dribble bar
That's a mighty job, no pipes getting blocked when your spreading slurry
Not to mention the additional storage in the tanks after separation
Would love to see a follow up showing the nutrient analysis of the separated and fibre portions
Great looking cows they have some time in that shed.
I’d love to see it working on a beef unit to see the solids that would come out of that
Nice video, Adam is doing fantastic with the camera :)
Be great job especially for more storage when things are getting tight. Great video Adam
great job,,, the solid that is left is a very valuable product for a number of commercial interest,,
Or just spreading back on the land.
Welcome back
You know what they say. Where’s there’s muck there’s money 😊
Be interesting to see the analysis of the separate products
Good job is there one in cavan. I would be interested in that unit i think it would go well in this country.
This is way forward for slurry spreading 2025 and nice water base slurry for dribble bar system
The only problem now is you’ll need another muck spreader to spread all these solids yer separating 😅
Adam can I ask what size is the generator driving the system and what kind of diesel consumption?
Happy New Year

Great video,very informative
Handy job 😊
👍👍👍
U must do a video when ur putting the slurry out for him to see the results
without a spare tank to pump into this seems like a waste of money?.....achieving very little?
Hope you washed your hands after that demo
So in old money that's about 24000gals an hour lad
I’m not sure I’d have stuck my hand in the slurry to show how thin it was. 😆

Typically it removes about 25% volume.
Yes. We’ve used digestate that’s been separated. It’s like dirty water. Very thin & easy to work with & spread.
@@hughmarcus1 Thanks, didn’t want my questions to sound stupid,
@@GRS1903 good questions are never stupid. 👍
