Worth it sa price yung house kasi mahal na ang materials ngayon. Pero sa presyo nya you get high end materials na. Tsaka po yung ibang ka-price nya hindi pa po ganyan ka-ganda ang gawa ♥️ hindi na rin po gagastos sa installation ng ac and mga cctv lipat nalang kulang.

Kung may budget lang po ako ito ang bibilhin ko :) Nagsisi po kami kasi sa nabili namin na bahay. Mura nga po, kaya lang sobrang pangit po ng gawa at hindi matibay. Sa umpisa mukhang ok pero ilang buwan lang bakbak na pintura pati ang daming mga tulo sa bubong :( nakakahinayang po kasi pinag ipunan namin yung pera. dapat talaga mabusisi tayo sa pagbili ng bahay. kundi mas mapapagastos pa sa repair :( Salamat sa valour para sa mga ganitong house tour. nakakatulong po sa amin.

I think this is just right for the price. Construction cost and even fixtures are too high these days. Parang sulit na nga ito. I’ve seen other duplex or even townhouses for sale, mura nga, but the exterior is not as impressive as this. The interior naman nung mga mura looks average and workmanship is poor. The others might be cheaper, but if you think about it, you’ll feel as if you’re being short changed.
If I am to buy a new home, I’ll go for this nalang. I’m sure I’m getting something worth my money. Swerte makakabili =)
