I think all the things Paris did for Britney like opening the car door for her, usher her to entrance etc. were all genuine. She is completely aware on how big of a star Britney is and of course paparazzis were gaga over Britney. And aside from that, I don't believe she's getting paid to do it. She is extremely rich. And the reason why she is sober and all that is because she's used to party scenes compared to Britney, so she knows how it really goes and all that's why she's there for Brit.
I hope Britney would make a music video with Lindsay and Paris though and have a remix song featuring them also as part of her promo off her first single for the new album

Paris is so sweet and adorable. People miss That fact. Both of them are super sweet. However. Brit was a huge mess here. Obviously. shes so lost. Paris has to guide her and walk her everywhere. Brit was just lost all around in those years. Paris was a great friend. You can tell she's true and real. Always loved their friendship tho.

Oh....Paris being paid to take Britney out on the town?? Yeah, I know. I was aware of that but it was seems like Paris is a good person. I don't believe the money was really the main motivator for Paris. She's super rich and doesn't need it but also, in 2005, Paris was super HOT. She was the tabloid queen and the most talked about celeb in those years, so she didn't need the attention either. I believe the money initiated it. Paris already clubbed nightly and she prob thought," why not take extra money for doing what I was gonna do anyway" and once they were introduced and brought together, I believe a legitimate friendship developed from there. I could be all wrong but....
Paris just seems genuine and caring. To this day she still tweets about Britney and their friendship.
I personally believe it was more Brit who wasn't feeling it. She ran around and did her clubbing with Paris and successfully got/kept her name in the media for the release of "Blackout" (Which she owes much to Paris for...), but soon after the meltdown, she began allowing family and her team back into her life to clean everything up and to get back on track (AKA when she allowed everyone around her to, again, control every aspect of her life and career), Paris was cut off. I understand she was cutting out bad influences and saving her career but I do not believe Paris was one of those bad people, for one, and also, Brit allowed her team to make these decisions and for that reason, I don't believe she was as real as Paris. Had Brit's team not intervened (who most likely DID save her career), she probably would have remained friends with Paris.
But yeah, who truly knows what happened. I just think at one point it was a legit friendship.

Fun fact: we’ve all speculated by these videos that Britney was so lost having to be walked around and guided by paris so much in those days and it’s true… paris Hilton has said recently that Britney used to get massively messed up and really got wild. Said a few other things that I can’t recall exactly but it was basically along those lines. I mean it’s all clear to us anyway tho. Britney was more than just drunk. Not judging tho. My days were those days…. I used to do it all too. Had a lot of fun. Don’t recall needing walking around, doors opened, etc but I also didn’t have hundreds of camera lights on me either

I think Britney's team paid Paris to hang with her. I'm not saying Britney and Paris didn't become friends from the exchange, but I think it was Britney's team trying to make her appear posh post divorce. This was after several years of Britney being out of the Hollywood scene, so appearing with Paris was her ticket back in. Unfortunately, the plan back fired when Britney's partying appeared to go out of control, especially when she stayed in New York a couple months later.
Britney is been partying with Paris since 2001 they know each other from a very long time.

Why is Britney drunk at these events, or on drugs, and Paris sober driving a car? Because Britney is at the party and Paris is "working". when friends go out to a party together, they play together and order a car that drives them.

Actually they did not want Paris to inherit the family's wealth. Paris says this herself, she wants to have at least 1 billion she have said before she can relax and not work so much. Paris was building her brand at this time.
