This was in no way a "star wars army", but individual pockets of jedi failure that we've all become accustomed to. Why weren't all aspects of Star Wars mixed for each strength to be shown in unity.
Superheroes or supervillains such as Darth Vader, Spiderman or red Sonya, are supposed to be alone in a army, and for that reason they are given a huge resilience, to not disappear early in the fight. But when you make an army of them, the result is ridiculous, wtf they cannot dye...
